The space was exactly like the pictures. It is small but it was perfect for my husband, myself, and our dog. It is in a beautiful historic district in Orlando.

Great place for the money best Universal. We liked having a kitchen and also having two beds/baths. It was well appointed and had all we needed.

A very cozy, quaint spot, and close to everything! Milton recommended great spots, and was very quick to respond and gave clear instructions. Would definitely look into staying again if coming back into the area.

Brandon’s place was a great location for everything we wanted to do. It matches the description and photos. The terrace outside is a fabulous place to spend time and chill on an evening. had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this property! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described (if not better). The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in super easy. They even provided thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. The location was perfect close to everything I wanted to see and do, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Whether you’re looking for a short getaway or a longer stay, I highly recommend this property. I would absolutely book again!

I loved the area very walkable and I felt safe. The place was charming and clean. I would suggest bringing paper towels, body wash and napkins as those things weren’t provided. Shampoo and conditioner was provided. George was very responsive with any question(s) I had. He was very kind. I liked that a fan, ironing board and hair dryer were provided. Tv watching isn’t fancy, cable with lots of commercials but it was ok. I watched a lot on my phone from my own streaming services. All in all I am satisfied. It was a last minute booking so I was thankful I found a place in such a charming area.

Nick was a great host! Very responsive and kind. The air bnb was 5 minutes driving from universal studios, so it was super easy and quick to uber/lyft. I would definitely book his place again for the convenience and friendly host!

Sonny made sure I had everything my family and I needed had a tiny hiccup it was a easy fix and Sonny was right on when I contacted him!!! The house is very nice and exceptionally clean!!! Thank you!

Alena Nicole’s Airbnb is a lovely place. Spacious, well decorated, cozy and very clean. Close to all amenities, secluded in a very quiet neighbourhood. The host was quick to respond, answer all of our questions, and very pleasant. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you once again for everything.

Such a cute little home! In the Heart of winter park but was so quiet. The kitchen was well equipped, and the couches and beds were so comfy! I hosted my morning of wedding, get ready with my bridesmaids here and it made for absolutely beautiful photos! Would definitely stay again for theme park weekends!

This place was comfortable for me and my family. Check in / coming and going was easy with the code on the door. The host was responsive when we messaged. I saw some comments in other reviews about the neighborhood, but I don’t know what they’re talking about — The house is in a quiet neighborhood, and all the neighbors were quiet. We had no issues and felt safe staying there. There are a few ants, but that’s typical for FL and didn’t bother us. Overall I feel like it had everything we needed, and it was a good place to stay for the price and what my family was looking for.

Marc’s place was truly a one of a kind! Really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here. Place was perfect!

I LOVED THE EXPERIENCE!

This place was just what we needed. Three bedrooms, plenty of space for family, good kitchen and dining area. The area was clean, safe, secure. Easy walking to groceries and some restaurants. Close to airport and attractions. The hosts were super clear with instructions and info. We’d stay again if back in town.

Nicoleta’s place was beautiful and well maintained. She was very helpful with accommodating our check out time and left very clear instructions for check in and check out. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!

I had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless and exactly as described. The host provided clear instructions that made check-in super easy. The location was beautiful, safe, and walkable — perfect for our Universal and Disney trip. The pool was a great bonus, and the room was spacious and well-designed. Overall, a wonderful experience. The place was wonderful and comfortable. The beds we're comfortable and there was plenty of space. Quiet neighbors and felt very safe. The hosts let us check in several.hours early which was very much appreciated. They were very responsive as well. There were just a couple of minor downsides: (1) it is NOT walking distance from the convention center (2) the pool bar secretly, but automatically, adds gratuity and then asks you to tip again (3) they do not provide coffee 😟 Aside from these very minor issues the place itself was wonderful and we would stay again and recommend to friends. 5 stars!
