5 stars We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Kissimmee! The home was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The highlight was definitely the private pool—perfect for unwinding after a day at the parks. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and it was just a short drive to Disney and other attractions. The host was responsive and made the check-in process easy. Highly recommend this property for families or anyone looking to enjoy the best of Central Florida!

It was a nice stay and lots of space for our big family! No complaints only that the Airbnb did not have enough towels/wash cloths to accommodate the number of people they list could stay at the home. They also did not have a mop available. But other than that, great find. Definitely would book again!

If you are traveling on business and just need a comfortable place to relax or on vacation with kids, Diego’s home fits the bill. The home is exactly as described with a nice pool and backyard with hammocks and a swing. The master bedroom has a nice king size bed and a large bathroom with a walk in shower and a separate tub. The other rooms are nicely furnished and the kids will love the Disney characters throughout the home. The neighbors are extremely quite and the neighborhood is in a safe area. Although the neighborhood is in a secluded area you are only 5 minutes from an abundance of shopping options. Highly recommend this property.

Brandon and Michelle’s place was truly the best air bnb we have ever stayed in. This was a big family vacation with extended family so there were twelve of us in total. With 7 adults and 5 kids two being 5 and under this place was the epitome of perfection. Every room was themed with a different disney movie or character and the attention to detail was beyond anything we could’ve ever imagined. The playrooms were perfect for the children and they couldn’t stop playing. The pool and all the amenities that this house had to offer was truly a dream. I also wanted to point out the safety measures with this house having a pool connected. There is a pool alarm so anytime the door was open to the pool you had to press the button or it would go off which is wonderful for small children. Brandon and Michelle are wonderful hosts who are extremely responsive! I could go on and on about this air bnb but if you are looking for a air bnb that is family friendly and close to Disney you must stay here

Very nice place is always a pleasure staying at the property. I think this is my fifth time staying there if anybody wants someplace to feed ride at home peaceful quiet environment no noise that’s the perfect place for you to go thank y’all once again always a pleasure see y’all again in the near future thank you.🙏🏾

Laura was great, very responsive to our messages and dealt with everything promptly. The villa was lovely, really clean and well presented, just as expected from the photos. We had quiet of bugs in the master bath tub, Laura assured us this is due to the season and being by the lake however, very quickly organised someone to come out and spray them the next morning and we had no more bugs the rest of our 2 weeks stay!! The pool was lovely, the kids absolutely loved it. There were already inflatables there for the pool which was a lovely touch. The only downside was the distance from the villa to Disney and universal. On average, it would take 45 minutes to get to Disney factoring in traffic. To get home late at night we would average 35 minutes with light to little traffic. Universal was averaging 1 hour to get there in the morning and about 45 minutes home at night. This meant we couldn’t “pop back to the pool” in the afternoon heat as would take 1.5-2hours of the afternoon.

My family loved it , the pool is amazing we had 4 people and everyone had plenty of space in the pool and in the home. Looks exactly like the pictures. The mattresses was a little on the firm side which would be my only complaint. We did have an accident and we did need to reach out to the host and communicate was great ! The location is in a great spot ! Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. All In all a great place !

Great host very proactive

I honestly have no complaints about this airbnb. It was clean and in a good location. Close to good shopping, good restaurants and not a far drive from Universal and the convention center which were a big deal for us since we stayed for a cheer competition. The only and I mean only downfall was the master bedroom is closest to the road so we heard loud cars/music periodically but we would stay again when or if we make our way back to Orlando! Definitely recommend!

This was our first stay at an Airbnb. We found it to be a great value. The unit was exactly as described and was spotless when we arrived,and had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this condo.

Rita’s place was bright and colorful as pictured. My boys loved the Star Wars theme in the bedroom. She sent messages with detailed information and instructions prior to our arrival and sent a message to check on us while we were there. The location was nice and is a great neighborhood. We would stay there again.

Had a great stay in this apartment. Great location with lots of restaurants nearby, walking distance even. You are close to attractions and plenty of things to do. I loved that it was kid friendly and I felt safe. The apartment was spotless and had all the basic needs, super comfy bed, great pool! I would stay again for sure.

Can’t recommend Koda’s place enough. As a business traveler, I frequent hotels and Airbnb’s often. This place may have been my best stay overall. The listing ACCURATELY describes everything, which is a major plus. It’s quiet and in a nice gated golf-course community and you have everything you need inside. Will be a go-to place anytime I’m in Orlando.

Thank you so much for letting us into your home. You have the most beautiful stocked home I’ve ever been in. There was so much I didn’t need to buy because you already had it which I loved! You had everything from blankets towels cookware bathroom supplies cleaning supplies mop pads seasoning cooking oils pool floaties propane from last guest..on top of having the most peaceful beautiful home! Kept it really easy to keep house clean! The waterfall pool the openess of the whole home made it perfect. The host was there for any questions I had always answered within 5-10 minutes I really appreciate you opening your house as well as still caring and being there for your guest at any time. Anytime I’m ever in Florida I will definitely keep this home in mind definitely worth it in every way!

The home was a great spot in Central Orlando that avoided the Disney traffic. It was well appointed and comfortably accommodated our family. Great spaces for everyone to be together. Lots of dining and shopping by Millennia Mall. We did reach out to the homeowner during our stay for some help and he was responsive to us. Great host. Will stay here again.

I could not rave more about this home. I rented this villa after another home I was interested in became unavailable. I'm so thrilled this showed up in my second search because it was so much more convenient for drop offs and pick ups at the park. While the kids were at the park I spent days exploring the area or just floating in the pool. If I ever go back to disney this will be my home away from home.

Stephanie’s home was wonderful in every way. Our family of ten (grown ups) had a fantastic time and enjoyed all the facilities in this lovely house. Stephanie and JP were so friendly, helpful and responded so quickly to all of our questions. A wonderful couple with a wonderful home. Cannot recommend enough to anyone wanting a stay in Florida- especially so close to the parks.
