Langwell Bothy has two rooms with vestibule entrance where modest coffee/tea bar is set up. There is a microwave, kettle, toaster and small refrigerator, including a sink, NO COOKER. Main bedroom has view over to Hoy island. The second room has a double bed/couch. (If 2 guests & need 2 beds, please message this) There is a shower room/toilet/sink (wet room) accessible only from the second room. The second room has two views over looking the main house garden and views towards Stromness.

It has 4 thick Futon company folding futons with the possibility of bedding for an extra cost. There is access to quirky dining areas , kitchen cooking equipment and hobs, toaster, air fryer etc .There are washing up facilities and 3 showers and toilets. There’s also a camp honesty shop in the summer. 6 minutes walk to stunning beaches and abundant wildlife.
