Holiday rentals with beach access in Orient Bay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully furnished apartment with our baby daughter. The playard/crib was not ready in the beginning, but the communication with the host was easy and so we quickly got it set up. Great location and lovely patio. The pool was also really nice. Fully recommend!

My husband and I stayed here for our impromptu honeymoon after attending a destination wedding in Anguilla and it was absolutely delightful! Nestled in the cutest little cul-de-sac right above an Asian fusion restaurant “Sao”, the apartment is deceivingly spacious with an impeccable interior. We quickly discovered our daily breakfast spot across the street “Good Morning” serving the most delicious French pastries and croissants. Equally sumptuous is the Italian restaurant next to “Sao” and even though it was “Low Season” with the nicer restaurants closing due to seasonality, we quite liked our cozy little beachside community. Bonus points for the  double singles and extra bathroom on the third floor, my husband retreated there to snore himself silly. Honeymoon for the ages!! Hope to be back one day!

On a adoré notre séjour chez Alexandra. Elle a répondu à toutes nos questions. Le condo est super bien situé et bien équipé. Il est à quelques pas de la plage, des restos et de la mini épicerie. On pourrait passer des vacances sans louer de voiture. Nous, on avait une petite voiture pour visiter l’île et on a beaucoup aimé. Le lit est confortable. On a aussi apprécié le boyau à l’extérieur à droite du côté de la piscine pour se rincer les pieds après nos journées à la mer. Merci encore Alexandra!! Nous reviendrons sûrement

Muy lindo el departamento (bonita decoración) , todo limpio, ordenado y además huele rico, todo tal cual las fotos. Tiene todo lo que especifica en el anuncio y varios extras que valoré muchísimo : unos pareos super lindos que se pueden usar en la playa, una sombrilla, un bolso de playa, un par de gorros, un par de cargadores para celular/otros, una raqueta eléctrica para mosquitos, lavadora de platos con detergente específico, lavadora de ropa con detergente (yo compré mi suavizante), tostadora, cafetera, hervidora, parlantito bluetooth, muchas peliculas y series disponibles en la tele... Además siempre contestan rápidamente y con buena onda lo que se les pregunta. :) Definitivamente regresaría.

Beautiful Airbnb experience! Just as described and better. Our stay was amazing. Everything was pristine, clean and accessible. We had a nice kitchen with everything needed inside. A/C unit. Comfortable bed, clean linens. We especially loved our balcony overlooking the beach. Maxwell was extremely helpful in providing us guidance for visiting the island. He also had very clear instructions on how to access the property and check in was super easy and straightforward. Maxwell is extremely responsive and kind. Couldn’t ask for a better host, highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Orient Bay, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The decor was tasteful, the amenities were excellent, and the overall ambiance made for a truly relaxing and memorable vacation. Beyond the convenient location, what truly elevated my stay was the exceptional responsiveness of the host. From my initial inquiries to any questions I had during my visit, they were incredibly prompt, helpful, and accommodating. I highly recommend this Orient Bay home to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. You'll find yourself in a beautiful setting with a host who goes above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay.

This property was absolutely breathtaking. The home looked better in person. Very clean, accessible to most attractions and a beautiful quiet neighborhood. 10/10 experience we will definitely come back!

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

superbe emplacement, au calme tout en étant à proximité de nombreux bars et restaurants. coquette maisonnette très bien équipée avec ses petits jardins arborés, un petit paradis. Je recommande à 100%, hâte d'y retourner.

La villa Almond Blue bénéficie d’une vue extraordinaire, sublime face à la baie. Vous apercevez Pinel et Saint Barth depuis la terrasse, installés dans un agréable salon extérieur couvert La maison, très agréable et simple à vivre, offre tout le nécessaire pour passer d’agréables moments de détentes.

The location is wonderful. You can walk to the beach and the square with wonderful restaurants. The beach did have an issue with seagrass but the beach is raked each day. But beware that there will be grass on the beach even after raking. However, even with that orient bay was a very nice area. The neighborhood is gated and the street the house is located on is beautiful. We felt very safe while in orient bay. The house is well appointed, having everything we needed including towels, washing machine , and dishwasher. There was construction on the street that disrupted the water and electricity briefly. Oliver was very responsive when issues did arise. Luckily the house has backup water for when the city water goes down. The views from the house are stunning and the water in the pool is perfect. The house could use a little updating but the issues are minor.

Casa Victoire is one of the best rentals we have ever used for vacation- the pictures do not do it justice and Maly was an amazing host! If you are thinking about staying here just go ahead and click that button and you will not be disappointed. The pool was fabulous overlooking the bay and Pinel Island. Within a few minutes drive of Grand Case and Orient Bay- both with plenty of activities and food. Maly provided so much useful information before arrival and during our stay. The layout worked great for myself and 4 adult children- plenty of space for all. If you rent a car I highly recommend Nono car rental recommended by Maly- car will be waiting on you at the house and they will pick you up at the airport so you can get right to your vacation without worrying about driving as soon as you arrive Thank you Maly- we look forward to our next trip to St Martin!

Nous avons passé 10 jours d’un séjour idéal. Logement très bien situé dans une zone superbe , calme et pleine d’attraits avec la proximité de la baie orientale, la reserve naturelle, Grand Case, etc.. rapidement accessibles en voiture. Carole et Christophe sont des hôtes charmants, tres à l’écoute, ils nous ont aidé à prendre nos repères dans la zone et sont d’excellents conseils. Logement très agréable, fonctionnel, calme, en tout point conforme au descriptif. Parking devant la porte, appréciable quand on rayonne beaucoup comme nous. Nous recommandons vivement.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The swimming pool was so nice and refreshing after a long day at the beach, and we loved hanging out by the pool in the afternoons. It was also so fun to see the iguanas that would show up on the deck—they were such a unique and entertaining part of the experience. Pierre was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. His kindness and attentiveness made our stay even better. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

This place hit all the buttons for us!! We travel to relax so the location is perfect with peace and quiet to read on the balcony and beaches a 5 minute walk away. The decor and furnishings were modest and very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could need and owner has nice beach equipment to be used. We loved to open the downstairs bathroom window and rear balcony door which created a pleasantly cool draft despite temps that were warm outside. The bedroom was very comfortable as also the bed. Bedroom has plenty of spce for clothes storage if on extended stays! Everything is close to walk. Lots of restaurants! We are not big fans of A/C so we only turned it on when going to bed set at 23C/24C, as we don't like cold temps. However it does get cold fast!! Also to be noted for those who love cold, the A/C is only in the bedroom not downstairs in entertainment area. We liked this place so much that we are already making plans to stay here on all Future visits to St Martin!

Nice place to stay. Was here for a week and enjoyed my time. I spent most of the time on the balcony. I appreciated that it stayed out of the direct sunlight. And most importantly had a good view of the ocean. I would stay again.

Camille place is prefect ! Walking distance to downtown. close to some of the best beaches on the island , Less than a 5 -10 min drive! You can snorkel right out front! She also thought of everything, beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, cool, ice packs. The kitchen has everything you need and more. We were able to pack lunches for our beach adventures. A grocery store is right around the corner and a gas station if you need to fill up your rental car. We also had the pleasure of meeting Camille at check in, she was very kind and very informative. We can’t recommend her place enough. We moved to another Airbnb on the other side of the island and we regret it. You can’t beat a morning coffee with that view and sunsets with a drink on the deck

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Stars We had a fantastic stay at Priscilla’s Airbnb! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. She went above and beyond by providing beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels, which made our beach days super easy and enjoyable. Priscilla is also incredibly friendly and welcoming—she made us feel right at home. Even more so, we loved the view driving up the hills to get to our airbnb. We Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area. We’d definitely come back!

Beautiful place, right on the ocean and walkable to several excellent restaurants and coffee shops. The beach was beautiful, the condo was beautiful and equipped with basic kitchen necessities for cooking, making coffee, etc. Air conditioning was helpful because it was 80 degrees while we were there. Parking was easy and safe. The car rental company that Pierre recommended was fantastic. Highly recommend Banana Location car rental. Excellent place to stay!

The walk to the apartment from the garage was not so nice. Specially when you have problems after a knee or hip surgery, and also need to carry your luggage down with you. At arrival we needed to wait until 14.00 hours to be able to drive the car inside as close to the apartment as possible. But at check out the car was not allowed inside. We checked out was early in de morning at 04.45 am at that our the car was not permitted to drive inside the premisses, so we needed to carry our luggage up to the garage ourselves. This experience was NOT nice. Apart from this the apartment was nice and very relaxing.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect—close to everything I needed, yet quiet and peaceful. The apartment itself is cozy and well-equipped, making it a perfect place to relax. The highlight for me was the beautiful balcony, where I enjoyed my morning coffee with a lovely view. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay, the house had everything we needed. The pool area is so serene and beautiful and so many places to relax and take in the views. 10 minute walk to the restaurants and beach, and a quick drive to so many island spots and beaches. We loved it here!
