Welcome to Villa Karlslund! The property is located in one of Örebro's oldest and most historic areas. Here you can walk along the Black River in scenic surroundings, take a run in the running track, a run with your MTB or a pass in the outdoor gym which you will find on the other side of the road. The property is 4 km from the travel center and you can easily get there with the bus that stops across the street. The apartment located in a wing section of the house has its own entrance and patio. Grocery store, swimming and pharmacy are within walking distance.

Central apartment, private entrance

Here in the south of Örebro you and the whole family live close to both Gustavsvik and the city on a quiet street with its own entrance and parking. In the apartment there is a 160cm double bed and a 140cm sofa to comfortably sleep four people in. An extra bed is also available if you do not want to be crowded. An equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer makes it possible to self-catering if you wish, and in the spacious bathroom there is a toilet and shower corner with a roof shower. Wifi is also in the apartment, and bed linen and towels are included.

Lilla Lindås

Lilla Lindås is a house from 1867 with a lot of charm and old saved details. The house is located in the village of Lunger and about 1.5 km from two nice beaches at Hjälmaren where there are, among other things, a sauna and barbecue areas. A nice nature reserve is within walking distance. In the village there is also a nice country shop. The house has old style but equipped with a modern kitchen and bathroom. The stairs to the upper floor are original, steep and worn but working. The house has one double bedroom and a sleeping loft with two beds.

Newly built apartment building with the absolute best location on the longest lake bath in the Nordic countries and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With promenades, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a bay perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets are allowed. Sheets/towels are included, but can be rented for 100 SEK/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!
