The yard is completely fenced, and private on all sides. The yard has a 16x16 sundeck with lounge chairs, towels, floats, and beach chairs. There is also an adult size swing set, cornhole, and a waterfall. This house is a perfect get away. Great place for families with children. Toys, wii, and beach supplies are also provided.

This is the 3rd time Jason and I have booked Chris's place at the seahorse. Very boater freindly if you have a ski or a small to mid size boat. There is a hose to clean your vessel off and if you fish, a station to clean your catch. The place is quiet and neighbors are nice. Great location and close to boat ramps and bars and restaurants for post water fun. We love coming here.Definitely going to continue being a guest at Chris's place.

I had an amazing stay here! The beach access was so easy and there were lots of towels and sitting areas to relax on. The kitchen was super clean and had everything we needed. Additionally, the location was close to a ton of restaurants and bars, including the downtown area. There was lots to do! Lindsey was very responsive and checked in to make sure I was enjoying my stay. I would recommend this place to others.

Everything about this place was perfect! Rebecca went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exactly what we needed! There were “extras” of everything! We never ran out of paper towels or toilet paper! When we grilled, there was another gas tank! The beds were like sleeping on a cloud! There isn’t one single thing I could complain about. It was literal perfection! We will definitely be staying here again!

We Enjoyed our stay so much,the apartment was beautiful, very well stocked, was glad to find the spices in the cabinet, like that people left there extra unneeded item ic cabinets,we left paper towels, paper plates, the perishable we left for the owners in a small cooler .so if you need a small cooler for the beach they have one you can use,Carolyn and Mike are very nice,sweet and helpful, definitely make you feel welcomed. We appreciated the beach chairs , boogie boards ,sand buckets and shovels ,the beach towels were so big and soft especially the blue ones 💙 loved the private beach, the view and the sunrise 🌅 the patio furniture and loungers were great for laying out.would definitely come back .Thank you for the wonderful time and the use of the washer and dryer, I washed all sheets and towels for you left on bar clean. Thanks again Charley and Deborah Cooper. 05-16-2025 great fishing trip with Peter Deeks. 😃

Lauren was a very accommodating host. We had a very special family gathering that couldn’t have been more magical. There were more amenities than mentioned and the garage was filled with everything we needed for time in the beach just steps out the back door. Everyone slept comfortably and we fixed meals every night in the large and open kitchen area. I highly recommend this home for a real beach house experience.

We really enjoyed our stay in this super clean, guest-friendly home! Everything was so well thought out to make life convenient for guests. The decor was so cute and well done. Great extras like beach towels, chairs and an umbrella were all ready for us. Would love to stay again!
