Family-friendly holiday rentals in Oprič

Everything was pretty much as expected. Jakob was super easy to communicate with. It was pretty centrally located for all we planned to do on arrival and for day trips. The pictures more than did justice to what we found. It was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The castle area in Kastov was very nice, with great food and a nice place to wind down the night. Overall, a wonderful vacation to a place we’d never been.

Gloria und Alen sind wunderbare und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Villa ist ein Traum, hier stimmt einfach alles. Wer hier noch nicht war sollte her kommen, wer hier schon war kommt eh wieder. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und können diese Villa zu Hundert Prozent weiter empfehlen!

Heel erg fijn verblijf gehad! Het huis was erg netjes toen we daar aankwamen en van alle gemakken voorzien. De host was ook erg vriendelijk en altijd te bereiken als er iets was. Zeker een aanrader als je naar Pula wilt.

Alles perfekt! Wenn ich mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich es tun. Von der Kommunikation, bis zur Lage und Sauberkeit - diese Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum! Kinderfreundlich ausgestattet mit Kindergeschirr/besteck, erhöhtem Pool mit Tor und einem eigenen Spielplatz im Garten wurde hier an alles gedacht und mit viel Liebe zum Detail umgesetzt. Man merkt, dass es nicht nur ein Airbnb Haus ist, sondern viel Herzblut der Besitzer in die Pflege einfliesst. Auch bei selbstverschuldeten Komplikationen wurde uns umgehend und überaus freundlich geholfen, was absolut nicht selbstverständlich ist. Alles in allem kann ich diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Riesen Dankeschön an Lucija und ihre Familie ♥️

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

This place is stunning. the open windows, the view, the jacuzzi, even air conditioned. the kitchen had all the utilities to make a Carbonara at least and the place was spacious to exercise on my yoga mat and work on the laptops. This is definitiely a cute getaway. There is a bar below but the sound was also very nicely isolated. Host was super responsive, also gave us new towels etc. Private Parking is outside the common parking area, which is much easier to park.

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Linda war super, die Unterkunft ist top ausgestattet - es ist alles da was man braucht und Laura hat sogar eine sehr ausführliche Mappe mit Tipps für die Insel Krk vorbereitet, inklusive Restaurant Tipps (alles was wir davon getestet haben, war tatsächlich sehr gut!). Super organisiert und die Kommunikation vor Ankunft, während dem Aufenthalt und bei Abreise war sehr einfach, da Laura fließend Deutsch spricht.

Dear Matt and Anna, thank you for your hospitality! We already miss the smell of rosemary and lavender, the view of the surrounding hills, the cats and the chickens, the cozy house and of course all the delicacies that we were able to enjoy! You have created a little paradise. We will be back :)

Skvělé! Určitě se chceme vrátit. Mirna je úžasná hostitelka, která byla velmi nápomocná. Během pobytu jsme potřebovali autoservis, který nám Mirna domluvila. Velké díky! ❤️ Ubytování je moc hezké. Podle mě vypadá větší než na fotkách. Je rozložené do tří pater, což nám nevadilo, ale s malými dětmi, nebo starší osoby by mohly mít problém. Užili jsme si klid divoké zahrady a výlety do okolí. Super ☀️

Sara ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie kommuniziert sofort und ist meist im Haus und für alles da was benötigt werden könnte. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und liegt genial in einer ruhigen Gegend. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist wunderschön. 5 min zu Fuß zum Badestrand, 5 min zum Einkaufzentrum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Gaby und Florian

Appartement très sympa et récent avec une vue à couper le souffle ! La terrasse est magnifique, et le reste de l’appartement est très bien aussi dont le lit très confortable. Plage et quelques restaurants très proches. Par contre le centre d’Opatija est à 2/3kms à pied. Aucune plage réellement grande et pas de sable mais c’est la Croatie. Montagne à cote pour ceux qui veulent marcher. Pula, Trieste à 1h ainsi que la + grande grotte d’Europe. Hana qui nous a accueilli est très sympa. Il y a un SpA aux prix très accessible juste à l’entrée du bâtiment et une piscine commune pratique pour les jours où on veut faire trempette sans aller à la mer. Bon séjour à tous !

The apartment was even more beautiful than the Airbnb description and photos. We felt at home straightaway, great location and really well fitted out. Loved the sleeping space, bathroom and terrace.

Ich war mit meiner Tochter 12 Jahre dort. Es war wunderschön. Rudi war immer erreichbar. Es war alles genau so wie beschrieben und noch mehr. Haben auch gleich für das nächste Jahr gebucht. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit

If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Opatija und mochten D.s Apartment sehr, dank der Klimaanlage war es sehr angenehm und man konnte gut schlafen. Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral und man konnte überall zu Fuß hin. Da die Parkplatzsituation in Opatija sehr schwierig ist hat uns D. schnell einen Kontakt vermittelt für einen privaten Parkplatz, dieser war quasi vor dem Haus und preislich sehr fair, D. hat sich sofort gekümmert und alles war unkompliziert und nett. Wir würden in jedem Fall wieder kommen! Danke für alles!

Wir (eine fünfköpfige Familie) haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt in Damirs Poolhaus. Der Ausblick und der Pool sind absolutes Highlight. Unsere 3 Kinder waren nicht so sehr an Ausflügen interessiert, so dass wir viel Zeit im Pool verbracht haben - was einem bei dieser Location aber auch absolut nicht schwer fällt. :) Der Weg zum Strand ist fußläufig gut machbar und ein Sandstrand so auch erreichbar. Der Rückweg in großer Hitze ist für die Kids jedoch etwas anstrengend. Das Haus an sich bietet alles was man braucht - und wenn etwas fehlt ist Damir jederzeit erreichbar. Alles in allem hat es uns super gefallen und wir würden es jederzeit weiter empfehlen!

Fantastic place with fantastic hosts. The apartment is as advertised with a wonderful view overlooking Krk Island. The welcome meal provided by Marino was brilliant and fed us for 2 days! Thank you!

Unser Aufenthalt war super schön! Meine Kinder, meine Frau und Großeltern waren zu Besuch und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Sehr angenehm das wir so unseren Urlaub starten und genießen konnten. Wir wurden direkt sehr herzlich empfangen und in die Unterkunft eingewiesen. Der Urlaub bei Maja ist sehr empfehlenswert! Die Ausstattung ist top und sehr zufriedenstellend! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub! Wir bedanken uns sehr dafür !

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Elena auf Krk. Das Häuschen ist nicht sehr groß, aber gut ausgestattet und für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Der subtropische Garten allerdings ist ein echter Traum. Palmen, Olivenbäume und herrlich blühende Blumen umgeben einen großen Pool mit Salzwasser. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, eine Oase der Ruhe. Elena ist eine sehr freundliche, immer hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die alles tut, damit sich Gäste wohl fühlen. Wir hoffen bald wieder zu kommen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

Ines‘ Unterkunft ist zwar etwas schwer zu finden, aber das macht die Gastgeberin mit ihrer guten Erreichbarkeit und Anweisungen wieder wett. Wir haben eine ruhige, private Unterkunft gesucht, in der wir abschalten können - und genau das haben wir bekommen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bleibt im Sommer angenehm kühl. Es gab WLAN, aber ich habe es eigentlich genossen, keinen Empfang zu haben. Das war ein wunderbar entspannender Urlaub. Ich habe die Unterkunft bereits weiterempfohlen. 10/10!

Sandra ist große Klasse. Sie ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit und hat gute Tipps parat. Unser Appartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern hatte frontalen Meerblick und eine riesige Terrasse. Alles war topp gepflegt, mega sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool war ebenfalls sehr schön. Vielleicht die beste Airbnb-Unterkunft, die wir je hatten und wir hatten schon einige. Absolute Empfehlung!
