The apartment is perfect with 2 bedrooms, and upstairs bathroom. The kitchen works well with a large fridge and everything you need. Only tricky part is accessing the unit after the street is closed to traffic. Either a few blocks walk with luggage, or make sure you register your vehicle with the Host over 48 hours in advance (wasn't entirely clear), since check-in is after the street is closed. But once that's all squared, it's a great location to explore the town.

We had a wonderful stay at Rina & François's. They are very friendly and gave us a very nice welcome. The place was a great fit for the listing. The accommodation has a beautiful terrace and a beautiful garden with lots of flowers. The air conditioning was very much appreciated in this hot period of June. All major shops are nearby and the city of Cannes and its beach are a short drive away. Overall, we highly recommend this accommodation and, certainly, we will return for our future stay in Cannes.

The apartment was an ideal one night stop-off in Monaco. It’s exactly as described in the listing and as per the photos - yes it’s small, but modern, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. We especially appreciated the outdoor courtyard directly behind the apartment for our dog to have a walk around in (you’ll also find a back gate in the courtyard which you can use for easy access in and out of the apartment block). Location-wise it’s well positioned, just a short walk to Monte Carlo and the casinos, with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants to try. Would happily recommend and stay again!

Thank you so much to Christophe, I traveled solo for the Cannes Lions Festival, but staying in Cannes wasn’t ideal for me. I love quiet and peaceful spaces when I travel and Christophe’s space was just that for me. Thank you so much for the great hospitality, information and patience. I’d definitely return during a Euro Summer Trip.

The location was perfect for our needs; near the railway station. The apartment was quiet even though it is on a busy, lively street. We appreciated handy access to the building’s elevator and use of an efficient washing machine in the apartment. There were easy to follow instructions for all the appliances and Chris was very responsive with queries. Don’t hesitate to make your booking before this place is snapped up! This location is fantastic as a central base in Cannes. Bus stop right outside with 3 buses running regularly in to centre of town, which is walkable if your kids don’t complain about short walks like ours! Very easy to access Ferries to the islands and nearby towns. The apartment was very spacious and ideal for our family. Cafes and beach within a short walk. If you want a change of scenery poolside, Luxhotel just 900m away does pool, towel and water for £25 & bar & food available to use. We will be back!

It was very beautiful with the garden! We enjoyed every single moment there!

My siblings and I were there for a week. Downtown Nice was just a fifteen minute drive. And after a hot day of sightseeing, coming back and hanging in the pool was ideal. We spent every morning and evening on the back patio surrounded by beautiful plants and lit up pool. The views from upstairs of the ocean and city are amazing. We kept most windows open while we were there, so we had a breeze throughout. There is a small market and pastry place walking distance from the house ( we utilized it daily). And Phillipe recommended a lovely restaurant up the hill (also walking distance). Finally...Phillipe came by daily to make sure everything was good. He stayed and chatted with us and I told him he was "plus charmont". We even got some pics with him and gave him a thank you gift at the end of the stay. This was great home base for trips to Monaco, Antibes and Cannes. One of the BEST vacations I have ever had and I travel a lot!

Mas des Vignes is a mediterranean dream. The house has everything for a quiet getaway - cozy communal spaces, great outside area and garden, pool, big kitchen. The picturesque village Le-Plan-de-la-Tour is close by and beautiful towns of Grimaud and Sainte Maxime can be reached with a short drive. Yannick was very friendly and forthcoming and gave great advice for trips and things to See. Overall great stay!

The house is located on a hill, so you have a beautiful view from the terrace. The house itself is very well divided with the four bedrooms, and the fact that there are three bathrooms is very relaxing throughout the holiday. However, the love of detail in the decoration is particularly striking. It is not a typical holiday home, which is furnished appropriately. It is a jewel, with a lot of attention to detail! You feel immediately arrived and at home. Very successful!

We had a lovely stay. Pascale was a great host. Very kind and helpful The villa was outstanding and better than I expected. I fell in love with it. It has everything you need. The pool was heated too. Tipi the cat was great company too. Biot was a lovely small town with lots happening and lots of places to eat We would definitely return. Note:Quite a few steps as on different levels for anyone with limited mobility

I really enjoyed this short stay at Françoise's (professional setting). The apartment was as described and very quiet. Françoise and her husband were really very welcoming, going so far as to pick me up at the station and offering to drop me off at the location of my conference. I would highly recommend it

This lovely home was an absolute oasis for our family! The view is stunning, everything was spotless, the beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was like a spa. We booked absolute last minute and Corinne could not have been more accommodating. She went above and beyond, showing us where to park and walking us through not only the home but the entire complex, from the pool to the beach access. If you have a chance to stay here, you must! Double sliding doors open up to a large balcony with so much seating and a fabulous beach view. Home was super quiet and private. We would not have changed a thing. Corinne suggested we visit the village Saint Paul de Vence which was spectacular. She is the kindest and most helpful host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, we can’t speak highly enough about her! Our entire experience here was a joy! Thank you, Corinne!

Great place in the middle of Nice in a perfect location. You can reach the sea and the Promenade des Anglais in 2 minutes. 10 minutes to the old town, many restaurants and bars are very close. The place is tastefully decorated. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed breakfast on the small terrace every morning! Mylene is a very friendly and always helpful host.

We had the most amazing stay at Alains place. The location was amazing and the view was so beautiful! They were very helpful with storing our luggage upon arrival and were ready to help with any questions! Right across from the main promenade! Grocery store was a 2 minute walk away, lots of stores near by. It was great to enjoy the beautiful terrace with a glass of wine after a long travel day before heading out for dinner! Would love to stay here again!

my review: It was simply a wonderful place to stay. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom were fully equipped and very clean. We received clear instructions and throughout the entire process, the communication was kind and detailed, with helpful recommendations. After we got off the bus and started walking toward the property, they came to meet us and helped carry our luggage. They were always smiling and helpful—it was a great experience for us. We saw suprise gift on the fridge: prosecco, cola, and Fanta. The view was amazing, and it was lovely to sit outside in the evenings and listen to nature. Thank you very much for the opportunity! my partner: I can’t say any negative thing of this apartment, it was perfect for me. The furnishings of the apartment are wonderful, the view was perfect and the communication and kindness of the owners is outstanding. I really appreciate the care and the sophistication. My recent stay was complete perfection. The apartment was fully equipped and immaculately clean. Our hosts were super helpful, friendly and attentive. Their place felt private & peaceful with multiple options for excellent transport links. Overall could not recommend enough and cannot wait to return!
