We spent a lovely week at the beautiful River House, it is in a great location and in beautiful surroundings. Katarina was a wonderful host providing clear and timely communications, keeping in touch throughout. We were spoilt by mum who lives nearby bringing treats. I would highly recommend River House as a home from home in Mlini.

Fantastic stay, very remote but perfect for what we wanted and around 20 mins to the old town by car! Beautiful views and great amenities! Definitely recommend for a group break away :)

We had a very nice stay. Edina and her husband have been excellent hosts. Due to the location, a car is recommended over the time of the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Ivo’s place. It’s perfectly located - peaceful and surrounded by mountains - and yet it’s just a short drive from the Old Town (Ubers were cheap, £10 for an XL). The house is very spacious, and the garden is amazing - well kept and with lots to do with the pool, deck chairs, snooker table, table tennis, playground and bbq. Ivo and his family gave us a really warm welcome on arrival, and even brought us a homemade cheesecake one day! I’d recommend this stay to anyone.

We enjoyed a week in a summer apartment, with our own beach and a beautiful yard surrounded by flowering bushes. Very good place to stay in the warm season. I don't know what would have been a better place for us, two teenagers, two seniors and two middle-aged. Ferry connections operate to Cavtat and Dubrovnik, as well as Uber transport. We had a rental car, but during the high season finding parking spaces is challenging and therefore public transport is a recommended way to get around. The house is reached via a 300-meter walk along the beach, so the place may be a bit challenging for people with reduced mobility. Marko is a helpful and friendly host who made sure that nothing was missing and helped with the bags. The swimming pool of the adjacent hotel would also have been in use. We had enough of the sea, snorkeling and Sublauta through Marko. Strong recommendation for the destination!

We've stayed at a few airbnbs and this was by far our favourite stay. Marija, Anton's and Blaz's welcome was unmatched. They met us at check in despite us arriving on a late evening flight, provided us with welcome food and home made spirits and explained about the property and locality. Marija and Anton checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable (and brought us more food and home made wine during our stay!) and were just generally brilliant hosts. The house was lovely and in a peaceful location. We loved the outside barbecue area in particular. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. The local town was very nice and had a lovely promenade and beach. There are local shops around 20 minutes walk away (and uber is easy/cheap to book for the uphill journey back). Dubrovnik Old Town was about a 25 minute car ride away. Overall a fantastic holiday - looking forward to visiting again in the future 😊

Close to the Dubrovnik city center, and the host is always there to give recommendations. They were very kind and brought us sweets and some wine.

We stayed at Nikia’s place for 6 days as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, the space was more than enough for everybody. The place was immaculate and very relaxing. Niksa was a great host and answers questions almost immediately. The jacuzzi was a plus especially after a long day touring the city. I would definitely come back and stay again and would recommend this place to friends and family.

željka is a very pleasant and kind host. She welcomed us with enough to make a good breakfast and since we arrived on May 1st nothing was open. As well as a nice bouquet of arum from their garden. The bedding is very comfortable and yet I have back problems so I slept very well. there is a large terrace where to eat with a nice sea view and a small balcony too. Every time I had a question she was responsive. The rental is well located between the airport and Dubrovnik itself. We were looking for calm and it is it. However, you need a car. There is parking space just across. Thanks again for everything.

I had a wonderful stay at Ana’s apartment in Mlini! Everything was spotless and very well organized, and the view of the water from the apartment was absolutely stunning. Ana was incredibly kind and always responded quickly to any messages. Highly recommend staying here!

Mirna was extremely welcoming and helpful! The Airbnb was absolutely gorgeous. My husband and I went here for our honeymoon, it felt private but at the same time you can easily walk 3 minutes to the road to be picked up by a taxi or your own car. There is a freshwater stream going through next to the apartment that you can hear from inside which gave that amazing calming sound. If we needed anything we just easily messaged Mirna and she responds very quickly. She gave us recommendations on things such as markets. There is a restaurant at the nearby hotel (where you may choose to park) and the food is great and the prices are reasonable! My husband and I truly wish we could live here forever, it was amazing. Very heartbreaking to leave. Thank you again to Mirna for the amazing experience!

We had a very enjoyable 4 night stay with everything exactly as per the description and pictures. Just the one day trip into the old town which, for us, was enough. We got an uber taxi in and the boat taxi back to Mlini harbour, which was a fun way to see the sights from land and sea. It was a short walk down through the park to beaches for a swim. There were nice restaurants to choose from and we thought Marinero on the left side of the road to Mlini harbour was our favourite with great views from the terrace. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment in every respect.

The room is small and has mosquitoes. The climate there seems a bit humid. It would be better if the landlord put up a mosquito net.

Maro was very flexible let us check in early and check out late, was so friendly and very responsive when we were messaging back and forth. 5-10 min walk to restaurants, beaches, and shopping plaza. Would recommend!

Perfect apartment with a private pool. The place was amazing, and Mirko came and gave us ice creams and drinks when we were by the pool. Ana was able to book us an amazing panoramic restaurant and sorted out a beautiful boat trip for us. They couldn’t have done enough to make out holiday so good. Lovely local restaurant only 5 min walk away. Kids loved the pool and outdoor kitchen. Can’t recommend it enough. Thanks so much!

The place was clean, well located & a respite from the hot, humid weather. Be prepared to climb a LOT of stairs, but this is true throughout Dubrovnik. Loved the garden & terrace… an escape inside the busy city walls!

Loved Marijana”s apartment, very homely , everything that you needed . The view is the best just unbelievable. Good 10-15 minute walk to the old town but a bus at the bottom of the stairs . A few stairs but keeps you fit . Thanks you so much for the stay

Amazing! They allowed an early check in and even allowed me to drop my bags off earlier! Very responsive and friendly.

Perfect location, great for 3 of us. Useful amenities. But what stood out were Iva’s detailed recommendations and Irina’s incredible helpfulness. Met us to guide us to place, showed us around the town and recommended places, even came back at 7:00am to help us catch an Uber when we left. The two sisters are absolutely wonderful.

Dubrovnik is beautiful and so is Luko’s place. The view from the balcony is the highlight. The house is spacious and clean. I especially like the decor it has personal touches, from the wall paintings to the vintage cameras. There is a cafe & supermarket nearby. Although it’s quite a walk to and from the old town but we didn’t mind as we enjoyed our morning and afternoon walks looking at houses & the neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Stayed 5 nights for a family get together (5 adults and an 18 month old). The property was great and had almost everything that we could have wished for. The views from the balconies are amazing and I can't recommend this place enough for those views alone! The cost of the stunning views is the steep descents and ascents from the beach and the old city but we are all keen walkers so we just soaked up the exercise. We did see loads of service busses passing the property every day so I am sure most of the climb could be avoided if preferred.
