Ana’s apartment was exactly as described. It is very well equipped and had everything we needed for our toddler (cot, high chair and some toys). The surrounding are very peaceful and view from balcony excellent. Our toddler enjoyed watching all the boats go past, as did we but it still felt private. Location is good - less than 15 minutes outside Dubrovnik. We had a car so I can’t comment much on public transport apart from I did see buses go past near to the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

I booked this accommodation for my colleague, he stayed 12 days at Nesthouse, here is what he says: I absolutely loved my stay at Nesthouse! The apartment is tucked away in a peaceful little street, but still super close to everything - beaches, shops, and the Old Town. The garden terrace was such a relaxing spot for a glass of wine in the evening. Inside, everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged - comfy bed, great shower, fast Wi-Fi, and a really well-equipped kitchen. I also appreciated the proactive communication from the hosts and easy self check-in. The neighborhood is safe and local, with grocery stores and buses just around the corner. Highly recommended!

We had a really lovely stay at Danijelas apartment. It was nice and clean, looked just like the photos! Danijela was a really helpful and responsive host - we had good communication throughout. The bus stop outside the front was so convenient for nipping back and forth from the old town if you want, and there is a gorgeous beach bay to swim in a short walk away up the hill. Thanks for the stay!

Great place—exactly as described! The apartment has one very large bedroom and a second decent-sized room, plus a hallway cupboard for hanging clothes. The living room downstairs is very spacious, and all amenities are provided. The shower was a highlight: roomy, with strong water pressure and consistently hot water. The location is a nice balance—about a 20-minute walk to the old town, so you’re close enough to explore but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the busy areas. There aren’t many shops immediately nearby, but there’s a lovely bakery just 2 minutes away with delicious pastries, and two small supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Only small feedback: the bedroom shutters weren’t blackout, so the room got quite bright in the morning—which might not be ideal for light sleepers (though that’s a personal preference). Overall, a great stay! The hosts were very flexible and even accommodated an early check-in for us. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic location and stunning view. The apartment looked newly renovated so everything looked new and clean. Very friendly neighbor who gave us restaurant and wine recommendation. This would not be a place for someone who struggles with stairs.

We only stayed for one night, but it was a great experience! The apartment was clean, well-located, and matched the description perfectly. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Wish we had more time to enjoy the place and the city, but for a short stay, it was exactly what we needed. Highly recommended!

The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and the kitchen was perfect for a few home-cooked meals. We especially loved the little touches—welcome guide with local tips, and fast Wi-Fi for planning our days.

My wife and I stayed here for 10 days. Damir and his friend, Darija were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They made us feel at home and offered help if we ever needed it. They also picked us up from the airport and took us back to the airport when we returned home, which was very helpful. Lovely, clean apartment and with all the facilities you could ever need. Fantastic location, about a ten minute walk from Banje beach and the old town. The view from the apartment was breathtaking. It was a view of the sea with Lokrum island. Private terrace which was lovely and peaceful. Bed was comfy and slept great while there. We will definitely return to Dubrovnik and would love to stay here again.

The stay was great, apartment as advertised. Simple, but compatible for a few days in the region. Great region, 30 min from Dubrovnik. They treated us very well, extremely available and with a smile on their face. Besides being pet friendly, they were super nice to our dog. I recommend it.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, with excellent amenities and great value for money. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was that there were no stairs, and since we were on the top floor with suitcases, it wasn’t as accessible as we had hoped. However, everything else was perfect, and we had a lovely experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Iva is a wonderful host who communicates well, gives easy to follow instructions and great recommendations. The location was ideal for exploring the walled city. Nothing was far. Excellent choice for us.

Excellent apartment! The apartment is spacious and pristine. The views are phenomenal. The pool is spotless and really something special with the view. One of the best places we’ve stayed in a long time! Right out the front door there are stairs all the way down to the old town. The apartment was well stocked with every amenity we could have possibly needed.

A really lovely place to stay and very convenient for the old town. Luigi was very friendly and accommodating. A perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik. I wish that we could have stayed longer.

We absolutely loved staying here. Igor was fantastic, really responsive and helpful, and even brought little chocolate gifts for the kids. The pool was amazing, the location near beaches and not far from Dubrovnik. Igor even proactively offered to help us out after noticing an issue with our car - cannot recommend here highly enough for a break. The area is a paradise, the hosts are wonderful and the villa is perfect. We’ll be back.

Vila Ana is absolutely lovely and immaculately laid out. It is presented beautifully and has everything you need for your stay….. including a fantastic pool area with beautiful views from front of villa Ana and Tony were so welcoming and had even left food and goodies to welcome us Tony even gave us a tour of the immediate area including restaurants, supermarkets and Sun garden resort Knowing that they are nearby is very reassuring but not intrusive I cannot fault anything about our stay and would definitely return and recommend

What an amazing place, the best views in Dubrovnik and the pool was great!!

Our stay was fabulous. We arrived earlier than the check in time and left far later than check out time due to our flight times and Ivana accommodated this without issue. I was celebrating a big birthday and my sister communicated with Ivana and I arrived to balloon’s and cake. A really lovely surprise. The apartment is very well equipped, clean and spacious. Other than heating the pool (didn’t stop my family but I really don’t like cold water), I cannot and would not alter a thing. Its views are stunning, and I would 100% recommend Ivana and her apartment.

Super nice house. Clean and tidy. Lovely pool that was completely private. Quiet and quiet neighborhood. Steep and small streets up to the house, but we could get back and forth with a BIG car. We were shown a path to the beach by some locals, so it took about 12-15 minutes to walk down with a lot of stairs, but our children of 10 and 11 could walk down there and home again.
