More than 100 years old stone house renovated in 2012,is located in the village of Donji Zemunik, about 14 km. east of Zadar. House for 10 persons : about 150 m2 on two floors, nice garden with heating swiming pool ideal for family holiday. We have domestic animals since recently in our estate. Children can ride a pony,take a fresh eggs or feed the animals. In our neighborhood from this year we have the equestrian club Equo. We can organize riding lessons, riding school and field riding.

Hello, myself and my family were very pleased with our stay at this accommodation. In addition, the relationship with all of Adriagate's staff was very good (before our trip and during the stay): the responsiveness was there for the questions asked, and the relevant and courteous exchanges. I would say very professional. What's more, the owner, Sandra, was always listening to us (she is not there), while being discreet. She gave us several wise tips for discovering the region, and visited us 2 or 3 times to see if everything was okay. Very good communication also at this level: do not change anything! The accommodation was clean and very functional, very convenient. So I would like to thank Adriagate and Sandra very much. We will return to Croatia and Zadar no doubt; very nice experience!!;-) Jean-Yves R.

The accommodation was very nice and private - 20 minutes from the airport and the sea. 10 minutes from a larger store. The hosts were prompt and very friendly, they left us plenty of drinks and food and advised us on anything we needed. We liked it very much and thank you.
