This modern 24 m2 studio is located in a quiet street of Punat town, only 350m from the shop and 500m from the first beach and the promenade by the sea. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a private terrace. Studio is situated on the low ground floor of the house. The pool is shared with guests from the another apartment situated in the same house. Parking is in the yard. The pool opens on 01.06. and closes on 01.10. A/C and Wi-Fi are included in the price.

You have few restaurants in village (open from May until October) , many beautiful beaches where You can relax and enjoy sun and sea. Or you can go hiking around hills with marked trails.

Apartment can accommodate 2 people. It has a room with balcony, one double bed and small bathroom . We provide towels and bed linen. Kitchen is well equipped. Next to the kitchen there's a smaller bathroom with shower. We provide you free private parking in the yard below of the house. House is situated in quiet neighborhood. Distance from center is 300 meters, and from the first beach 900 meters. There is a supermarket 300 meters from the apartment.

Studio je zaseban objekt u dvorištu obiteljske kuće. Smješten u hladovini, miran i udoban kutak. U studiu se nalazi francuski lezaj ,te jednostruki krevet, tv, ormar, kuhinja, toalet s tušem, stol i 4 stolice, klima . Ispred studia na vanjskom prostoru stol i dvije stolice. Udaljen 5 min hoda od centra i 200m od mora. Gost dobije parkirnu kartu.
