This modern 24 m2 studio is located in a quiet street of Punat town, only 350m from the shop and 500m from the first beach and the promenade by the sea. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a private terrace. Studio is situated on the low ground floor of the house. The pool is shared with guests from the another apartment situated in the same house. Parking is in the yard. The pool opens on 01.06. and closes on 01.10. A/C and Wi-Fi are included in the price.

Next to the kitchen there's a smaller bathroom with shower. We provide you free private parking in the yard below of the house. House is situated in quiet neighborhood. Distance from center is 300 meters, and from the first beach 900 meters. There is a supermarket 300 meters from the apartment.

Retreat Studio

A studio is a separate property in the backyard of a family home. Located in the shade, a quiet and comfortable corner. In the studio there is a French bed ,and a single bed, TV, wardrobe, kitchen, toilet with shower, table and 4 chairs, air conditioning . In front of the studio on the outdoor area, a table and two chairs. 5 min walk from the center and 200m from the sea. The guest receives a parking ticket.
