Villa Valentina is everything and more you would expect from a vacation cottage. It is peaceful and private, clean and comfortable. Kristina is very friendly and welcoming, and goes out of her way to ensure your stay is a pleasant one. Can’t say enough wonderful things about her and the Villa.

We had a very nice time in this special place. Thanks to the lovingly and quality restored stone house, as well as the location in the interesting village with a Studenac around the corner, Konoba on the square and overlooking the church tower. Wonderful a walk through the village and the view into the vastness with the many hills, villages, even the sea can be guessed. The house is extremely clean and has an unbeatable luxury: 3 bathrooms for the four of us. Likewise, the yard offers plenty of space to enjoy pleasant hours and all meals at one large table. Although the weather was very hot during our time, it was very well tolerated in the house. Everything was great. Mateo's father not only gave us fantastic tastings of local wines, but also very nice tips to find beautiful places in the area or by the sea. Even for our trip home, we got really helpful advice for the best way. Thank you for everything!

Since we travel very often, this place was the most complete one so far. Extremely comfortable environment and impeccable cleanliness of the house. Any recommendations for a perfectly enjoyable vacation. We will definitely be back soon.

We had a very nice week of vacation here! Ivana's husband was already waiting for us when we arrived and showed and explained everything in the house. We didn't miss anything, everything you need is available; the kitchen is well equipped, the furniture is of high quality, there are enough cabinets and shelves, the beds are mega comfortable, the bathrooms are very high-quality, the whole house very spacious and above all very tastefully and lovingly furnished and decorated! There are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool. The pool saved our lives at 38 degrees:-) The terrace is in the shade, there is an outdoor grill + sink and a separate garden is also part of it. Ivana and her family live next door so they are always responsive. The location is quiet and you definitely need a car to get to shopping or beach. We would keep coming back here and can fully recommend the house!

Just got back from a great week here! Very private location, great pool, big villa and lots of to keep busy (games hut with dart board, Fußball table). 15 mins from the nearest shop and 25mins from big super market. Very easy to access many parts of Istria so great place to be if you want to explore :) Sandro is great, always reachable, flexible and a great host. We loved our time here and are already looking forward to our next trip!

What a place. I'm not even sure where to start. The place is absolutely gorgeous and the surroundings around the pool is second to none. A great pool, table tennis, football field, fuzzball and a playground all to your self. What more can you ask for? The place is located at the end of a road with no neighbours beside the owners of the AirBnb. We were treated amazing with Suzana (host) bringing us cake during the week and ultimately gifted us a local olive oil from their own fields. The house it self is spacious with three beautiful airconditioned bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The room terrace is another highlight of the house. I can only recommend the house and Susana was super welcoming as a host, making sure we settled it perfectly and felt at home from the very first minute.

Impeccable apartment, very clean and tidy. Very large and comfortable outdoor pool spaces also equipped with every need! Iva the owner was very kind and helpful in providing us with all the support during our stay and anything we needed! I absolutely recommend this place and will definitely be back in the future!

We were very excited about the wonderful place in the middle of nowhere! For us and our 10 month old daughter the perfect place to relax! It has a fantastic view over the hills and it is a super nice stone house with great seating! The kitchen is well equipped so you can cook great - good to know is that salt and co should be brought (at least we didn't find anything...since we had everything with us, it didn't matter to us). Mirjana greeted us with a welcome drink and time for a bit of conversation - even though she had to wait some time as we were later than planned. Their help was also incredibly helpful when we had a problem with our car! That was worth its weight in gold!! If someone has a very light sleep, you should know that there are seven dormers living there under the roof that are occasionally active at night. That didn't bother us! We had a great time and are very grateful!!
