If you want a quiet and luxurious vacation, away from the crowds and city bustle, then this the right place for you. This newly decorated villa located in a small village in central Istria can accommodate up to 12 guests. The villa is conceived in three floors. The lower floor consists of a swimming pool and a terrace. Above the pool and covered sun deck there is an outdoor kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator and barbecue, and a dining table of 12 seats with a view of the beautiful landscape. The central floor consists of living room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, and on the same level there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms, as well as an additional bathroom. The top floor consists of three bedrooms with private bathrooms, two of the three bedrooms have an extra sofa that can serve as an extra bed.

This unique home is decorated in a rustic style with a large patio and courtyard overlooking Motovun and the valley, as well as an indoor fireplace. Two beautiful bedrooms with a view and two bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen with a dishwasher, free wifi , a smart tv with a satellite dishwasher of two air conditioners, an outdoor grill and a fire pit. We're only 20 minutes away from the sea and the beach. The nearby beautiful old towns of Motovun, Grožnjan, Oprtalj are 5-15 minutes away and the 7 waterfall trail is 15min away.

Everyone will feel comfortable in this spacious and unique accommodation with a beautiful view. The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.

a very nice old stone house brutally renovated and expanded! Very successful! Pool and terrace very nice - main stay:) - Pool cleaning about every 2 days! The landlord is on site every day and always responsive. VERY FRIENDLY! There were only restrictive little things: the towel racks are missing in all bathrooms and cabinets/storage for the brought clothes is actually scarce! But would be easy to change for the provider! We were there with 9 adults, 2 children, 3 babies and large dog and felt very comfortable. Clear recommendation!!

The house is located in a small “village” consisting of several houses surrounded by the hill and forest. Motovun is on the hill opposite of this one and accessible by car in less than 10 minutes. The amenities are great, with a pretty large pool, bathrooms in each room, large kitchen and common area and heating/cooling in pretty much each corner of the house. We enjoyed our stay at this Villa and would like to come back again.

The space is as in the photos and in the Listing described. Everything is very new and high quality. The hosts were always available and we could reach out to them with any questions (restaurant tips, doctors nearby, etc.). As a small welcome, we found homemade pastries and drinks in the kitchen Fridge. The house is equipped with everything you need. Bed linen, towels, dish soap, dish towels, some toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, etc.). The garden & pool are a dream and a paradise for children. You just have to be aware that the house is very lonely and quiet. Nothing can be reached on foot. Restaurants can be reached in a few minutes by car. Beach in Umag or Novigrad about 30 min by car. However, the house offers everything to not necessarily have to leave it 😉 The hosts are really very warm and helpful! We felt very comfortable!
