Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Opatija

Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden sowohl mit der Unterkunft und ebenfalls mit der Gastgeberin Arijana. Sie war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war wie im Inserat beschrieben und wir waren vollkommen zufrieden. Es war sauber und man fühlte sich direkt wohl. Immer wieder gerne. Vielen lieben Dank liebe Arijana !

Dika’s place was a magical and peaceful location just a bit up the hill from Lovran city center. She was there upon arrival with wine and information about the city. Thank you Dika!! We will miss Lovran.

The place was spotless, new, clean. Amazing views, balcony, calm place, swimming pool, jetted tub and a great grill to cook , also a place sunbath! We absolutely love the place so much!!! The house was very beautiful, clean and functional. About 5 minute walk to the beach and another 10 to the bigger beach. Pool was clean and beautiful, location was quiet up on the hill. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing I would recommend for parents of toddlers is to bring a baby gate for the steps. Host was very helpful and friendly as was the agency!

We had wonderful time! Our host Katica was very friendly and caring and the apartment had everything we needed. Above all, we appreciated the quiet and private front yard, private parking space and proximity to the beaches.

Ivana und ihr Mann lassen in der Unterkunft keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ist so wahnsinnig gut ausgestattet, dass man sich gleich wie zuhause fühlt . Ivana betreut ihre gäste schon von dem Zeitpunkt der Buchung an bis zum Abschied. Meine Fragen wurde innerhalb weniger Minuten sehr gut und ausführlich beantwortet. Ivana hat wertvolle Tipps was essen und Unternehmungen angeht. Sie und ihr Mann sind sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich. Zum Abschied reisen sie extra an und beschenken ihre Gäste. Wir waren sehr gerne in dem Haus und fühlten uns sehr wohl .

The location is super quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. A 10 minute drive to the supermarket and 15 minutes from Pula downtown with the old town and lots of restaurants. We were welcomed by the two owners with a smile and they provided us with great tips for the area. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a third toilet, kitchen with everything you need. Outside plenty of relaxing spaces in the garden and around the pool. Kids playground with a swing and a trampoline. There is also a great terrace on the first floor, with sunny until late in the evening! We were only here with two people, but this house fits 6 without any problem! Recommended!

Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt super schön und der Ausblick einfach der Hammer. Wir waren als Großfamilie hier und jeder hatte durch das großzügig geschnittene Haus genügend Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Alles Tip Top um zum Strand und in die Stadt zu gelangen bietet sich am besten ein Auto an. Der grandiose Blick ist einfach der Hammer und lässt einen wirklich entspannen. Ansonsten hat uns im Haus an nichts gefehlt und alles wichtige war vorhanden. ( Voll ausgestattete Küche, Bäder, Schlafzimmer) Alles super sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet ❤️

Danke noch mal für den Aufenthalt, eure Leute unten im Service waren auch sehr sympathisch gewesen und alles hat reibungslos geklappt.

Wir hatten mit 9 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern einen super Aufenthalt. es gibt ein abgetrenntes Gästehaus mit zwei Zimmern, Bad, Küche, Wohnzimmer und kleinem Balkon. Das Haupthaus besteht im EG aus Küche, kleinem Wohnzimmer, großem Eingangsbereich, rießigem Wohnzimmer, Bad mit Waschmaschine, WC und einer Sauna/Whirlpool. An die Terrasse mit großem Tisch und Lounge, sowie Grill grenzt direkt der Pool. der Pool kann leider nicht abgesperrt werden (bei Kindern durchaus oft eine Herausforderung) . im OG des Haupthauses haben 3 Zimmer ein eigenes angrenzendes Bad und zwei Zimmer teilen sich eins. zusätzlich gibt es leider nur von außen zugänglich den Burgturm mit tollem Blick. die Einfahrt ist Recht schmal, aber auch mit einem großen Bus kommt man Recht weit runter zum ausladen. die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top, der Empfang persönlich, die Abreise ging via Schlüsselkasten. Der Konzum Supermarkt ist ca 50m entfernt. Strand 10 Minuten mit dem Auto in Novi oder Cricvenica.

Unser Aufenthalt im Appartement REA in Medulin war rundum gelungen! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit einer tollen Terrasse zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch nah am Strand und an Restaurants. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir den freundlichen Eigentümer Vedran, der sich stets erkundigt hat, ob wir etwas benötigen. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten – wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Appartement REA von Herzen weiter!

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Les hôtes sont accueillants et gentils. L'endroit est très agréable, avec un grand jardin vert pour le chien et frais grâce à l'ombre. Nous avons pu manger sur la terrasse. L'emplacement est impeccable : près de la mer, et magasins, restaurants à proximité. Pas besoin de voiture, on peut aller partout à pied. C'est un espace plaisant qui nous permet rester tranquille en toute intimité. L'appartement à notre arrivée était propre, le wifi marchait bien même sur la terrasse, les équipements bien présents comme indiqués sur l'annonce. Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille avec notre chien. Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse.

The apartment is nicely furnished and was clean when we arrived. We had the unit on the first floor and loved that there is three balconys: one outside the main livingroom/kitchen and two more reachable through a bedroom each. The view of the coastline is unique and breath-taking - the sea only about 50 meters from where the house is situated. We didn't communicate about the number of rooms as we assumed that we rent the whole appartment and one room was locked. As we asked if they could open it, they said additional cleaning fees would apply so we opted against it. Friday and saturday night a beachbar a few hundred meters played loud music until late, not sure if it was a onetime thing or not. Within the week there was peace and quiet. The hosts where easy to communicate with and the flexible check-in was very handy. The private part of the beach has beautiful pine trees which provide amazing shaddow. We're thankful that we got to enjoy this nice space for our family holiday.

Ich und 3 meiner Freunde waren für knapp eine Woche in der Wohnung. Alles war Super der Pool war auch topp. Zu Fuss ist man in 5 min am Strand. Und mit dem Auto sind andere schöne Stadte (15-35) min erreichbar. Alles in allem war es ein super airbnb!
