Great stay, clean rooms , excellent views from room.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was spacious with three bedrooms and each with balconies and bay windows. Care taker was very helpful. We took an evening walk through the tea plantation and saw bison gracing in the valley. There is also beautiful viewpoint just 400mtr from this place. We would have enjoyed the balconies if it wasnt raining. Very much recommend this place

Excellent place amidst the mountains and tea estates. Property is lovely with beautiful wooden and glass interiors in bedrooms, living room, lawn. Perfect for a digital detox with no network, no wifi. Extremely calm and quiet place with no noise of vehicles, away from city hassle. All you hear 24 hrs is just birds chirping. The caretaker Rajen stood out with exceptional services and help. he cooked delicious home-cooked meals 4 times a day. Overall a place worth spending time at, would be willing to come back longer again.

Our stay at the tea estate was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the heart of lush tea gardens, the property offered a truly serene and refreshing escape from city life. The host was extremely welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The property is beautifully maintained, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and all the modern amenities one could need. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and spotless, and the addition of a jacuzzi gave our stay a premium feel. Wi-Fi worked seamlessly, which was a pleasant surprise considering the remote setting. Each morning began with a delicious homemade breakfast—simple, fresh, and satisfying. One of the standout experiences was the complimentary tea manufacturing tour. Watching the journey of tea from farming to packaging was both fascinating and informative—a thoughtful touch that truly elevated our stay.

The host was very friendly and responsive. We did a jeep ride to a nice spot and the food was also very nice. The staff were courteous and organised whatever we wanted, despite the weather. Thank you for a wonderful day.

We were a little late in checking in. Mr Suresh was waiting for us. He took us to the cottage, which had a positive vibe. The cottage has English architecture with fireplace, wooden floors, and observatory. Traditional Tamil breakfast is complimentary and dinner can be ordered. Vinnila is an excellent cook. We immensely enjoyed her cooking. Everyone is well behaved and really helpful. Highly recommend the place. Will definitely visit again.

Staying at the heritage cottage in Ooty was like stepping back in time. The ambiance was absolutely enchanting, with vintage furniture, roaring fireplaces, and stunning views of the Nilgiri Hills. Good place to stay especially if you're looking for privacy. Well maintained property. It's around 6-7 kms away from Ooty. So, you'll have to order food via Swiggy or Zomato since there are no restaurants nearby. Condition of the approach road for around 500ms is poor. Cupboard in one room was already filled with their things and we were unable to use it.

It’s a great place to be honest. Such a big villa located at a brew-tiful place. Booking was smooth. Vignesh did gave me heads up about the amenities in the property. What you see in the photos will be there. Sathish, who manages the property was very helpful and friendly. He sorted out the dinner (separate cost) for us on time and the food was amazing. Thanks to the cook! When it comes to the location, you will find very few places with such a breathtaking views from the property overlooking the tea estates under the mountain. Weather was definitely an icing on the cake. Late evening’s and early morning’s are beautiful, calm and blissful. It’s an amazing property and it could’ve been kept bit more nice and well maintained (bathrooms). But that’s not a big concern for me as my purpose of the visit was fulfilled. Overall I’m extremely happy and I would visit again for another peaceful experience.

The support staff where very kind and helpful. Did not hesitate for assisting us. Had few issues with water geyser due to inconsistent power supply, but was sorted out quickly once raised. Anyhow would recommend for instant geysers as we need to wait for more than half an hour for the geysers to heat up and supply hot water which was bit uncomfortable. On the whole the stay was wonderful and had a breathtaking view from couple of bedrooms.

It was a great stay. Great escape to a beautiful surrounding and tranquil location. The property was well maintained and taken care of well. Really enjoyed the stay, bonfire and nearby attractions. Both Burhan and caretaker Raj were well responsive and proactive. They guided us well to find the place which was little far off the main road. Overall good experience.

Charlie, our host, went above and beyond — personally guiding us through birdwatching treks, sharing local stories, and ensuring that every meal was tailored to our dietary needs (even accommodating my vegan preferences!). The warmth and hospitality of Charlie, the host and the in-house staff - Indu, and Christopher made this stay feel like home — but better. This is by far the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. Jade Pearl is an absolute gem — worth far more than its price — and we would return here again without hesitation. Thank you for a magical, heart-filled holiday!
