Our place is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport, and for nurses 3-10 min. from several hospitals. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

This quiet 2 bedroom place with a modern, open concept will be your home away from home while you're in Omaha. Locate next door to the YMCA you can hit the gym with a short walk, or head over to one of the nearby shopping centers to find retail stores, grocery stores, restaurants and gyms. If you like golf there is a 9-hole par 3 course less than 1 minute from the house. Need to get downtown or to west Omaha? No problem! You'll have a quick 15 to 20 minute drive to either far end of town.

Only two blocks to Downtown Council Bluffs where you can grab a meal, drinks, or shop. Downtown Omaha, airport, Iowa Western Community College, Stir Cove, the Omaha zoo are all within 15 minutes. It is a historic home so will have quirks that come with an older home. The bathroom is a hand held shower/bath only.
