There is a casita (attached to a large screened room) which contains a seasonal 2nd bedroom and 1/2 bath. 10 minutes to downtown Omaha, Old Market, Charles Schwab Field, CHI Event Center, and Henry Doorley Zoo. It's definitely designed to fit the needs of multiple families at the same time. The master Suite is on the main floor.
