The house is very cosy and we are very pleased with the facilities and amenities. Vale highlight condominium structure, it is very good, from the pool to the landscaping all very nice. The location of the house is great for those who want peace, tranquility and a sense of security, as there is constant surveillance of the condominium professionals. I would like to point out that we were very well received by Carla, in addition to that it also provided us with great support with its services if cleaning and maintenance contracted separately. Host Marta was also super quick in replies! It met our expectations very well, I highly recommend!

The house exactly like the listing, clean and impeccable rooms and the place is wonderful, space, wooded, ideal pool, and Anny's parents were our hosts and noa received very well.. Amazing house in the colonial style with beautiful decor and paintings. WiFi worked extremely well, also in the pool area. The pool was lovely and the towels for the pool were excellent quality. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the kitchen utensils you could need. Very nice and well maintained garden area with plants. Everything was really great. We loved our stay at the house. The only thing we missed was a barbecue in the pool area, that would have made it even better. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the house and for Maria Cecilia and Janaína who welcomed us. Communication was great. Marvellhosa stadia! I have nothing to say. Seu Alberis was of excellent service and communication, from the first contact. The site is very well taken care of and has every possible support of appliances and utensils, my wife and I do not miss anything. It even has a washing machine, all in great operation. The place is very cozy and we feel at home. The town is great, you can go to the beach walking quietly, it's okay to say on the corner. very good indeed, I will go at other times.

All the advertised amenities were fully functional and the house exceeds expectations. The well-thought-out yard to release the pets and the beautiful green area of the site were highlights. The kitchen is well equipped and the house comfortably accommodates the number of people estimated in the listing. At all times we felt safe and at ease. The house itself is spectacular. It doesn't make you want to leave there ever. All organized, all the necessary utensils available, bedding, towels, everything! Clean pool, all too nice. The location is great too, the street is super calm but soon there is an avenue that goes to various markets, shops and pharmacies. Luciana and Cristina were super solicited and pleasant to talk about. So everything was perfect. We love it too much!

Great place, full of interesting art and walking distance to everywhere in old town Olinda. The balcony had a lovely view and a nice breeze perfect for hanging out in the hammock after a day of exploring.

Comfortable home, with beautiful style and architecture, lots of surrounding nature, books, works of art, garden and beautiful views. Very kind, helpful and welcoming hosts.

Super recommended for those who go to events in the convention center or in the clasic hall, it is very close and to the one to walk, leave the night and I went back on foot with my wife and a friend and I had no problems, of course because it was a neighborhood on the outskirts to appear a little insecure, but if moving from Uber to you is better, the right one too. Mr. Inaldo always communicating to help with information about the location and walking tips in the neighborhood. I will return there for upcoming events.
