Very well located apartment, close to convenient shops and with all the essential features working perfectly (air conditioning, internet, etc. etc...). Highly recommended.

The apartment is next to the largest and newest mall in Recife, RioMar! Cross the street and you are inside the mall, which in turn has everything, from a supermarket to a pharmacy and restaurants. On Pina beach, the address is completely centralized, close to the main beaches and the center of Recife, as well as a direct route to Olinda. The apartment comfortably accommodates 3 to 4 people, on the east side (with shade in the afternoon), and still has air-conditioning in the bedroom and living room. I highly recommend Gustavo to anyone who is interested in hosting!

The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped and very beautiful, the infrastructure of the building is excellent, with a beautiful view of the rooftop, the location is good with car or uber, but there is no shopping near on foot, it is a region that is being revitalized, for us it was not a problem, which is necessary we use a delivery application.

Wonderful accommodation, overlooking the sea. Quick and practical Check-in. Receptive and kind reception staff, they went after water for us because everything was already closed when we arrived. The room is very cozy and gives a taste of home. Well clean room and with a great cleaning, with trash exchange. Careful and helpful hostess. He gave the directions in advance, with arrival instructions that were very useful for transportation. It even set the minibar that we didn't even say it was off and we couldn't connect alone. We love it!

Perfect for the Practical Traveler! Fernando's space offers excellent practicality, comfort and simplicity, making it an ideal stay. Its privileged location near the waterfront means you are just a few steps from the beach. In addition, Parque Dona Lindu is super close, offering a great place for family outings. This accommodation is especially suitable for those who spend most of their time exploring and only need a comfortable and convenient place to return and sleep.

The accommodation is extremely complete, in addition to being located in a condominium that offers many leisure options. Access is greatly facilitated by not needing keys and the super quiet neighborhood. Indico very much this accommodation option, myself and my friends feel at home.

As for the apartment: Extremely clean, 2 great bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, well maintained, cozy and complete (from first aid kit to books, games). Very well located, the street is residential, but busy, very quiet at night and close to a bakery, supermarket and the like. As for the host's service: it was indescribable, so perfect, so caring, so attentive...very polite, always available for questions. Even the table was set and in the São João atmosphere I found at check-in, with crafts made by the hostess Suzana, I felt welcomed and at home. I highly recommend it and when I return to Recife, I will stay in this apartment again.

the condominium is very pleasant, the house is good .We live unforeseen with the air-conditioning, but which has been remedied. Communication with the host and the person in charge was very good. Deixo as a suggestion, to make it even more cozy, an inclusion of affective decor items and on the terrace a comfortable table and chairs set so that guests can enjoy the climate and breeze that comes from the sea in comfort.
