The apartment is exactly as advertised. It is in a great location, in front of Boa Viagem beach. It was all very clean and organized. The kitchen is well equipped. Vilma is an excellent host! I highly recommend.

I rented the apartment for my parents and they simply loved it, the description is totally true, the location is very good, it has everything nearby. The apartment was very clean, especially the bed linen, which was very clean and fragrant.

My stay was very good. Adriana was very helpful, suggesting beaches to enjoy. The apartment is very beautiful, organized and clean! It has an excellent location, in a quiet region and close to everything (beauty salon, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, Piedade beach). There was nothing to be desired. Adriana left clean towels and a hygiene kit (soap and shampoo). The place is well equipped, with all the appliances and utensils you can think of using. I only stayed 2 nights, but I made good use of the space and, when I return to Recife, this apartment will certainly be on my list of choices.

Everything was perfect, from the first contact to the check-out. The apartment is well-equipped, beautiful and functional. There are many things to do nearby, there is a market 3 minutes away on foot. We really enjoyed the stay, we intend to return and we recommend it!

It was a very comfortable two weeks, the space is great, well located, safe condominium, super nice people, the host was super nice and polite, had a list of places that were nearby, and always responded to what was necessary. Complete, well-equipped and organized space.

It was wonderful, the view is really indecipherable, you have to see it in person to understand. It has a terrace with an infinity pool facing the sea that is simply perfect. There is a market and a gym on the roof terrace as well. A few minutes' walk from the apartment, there is a beach bar with snacks, a charming old church and a McDonalds. If you don't mind walking a little further, there is a shopping mall and supermarkets. You can visit tourist spots such as Uber's Ground Zero. The apartment is great and functional, it has everything you need to prepare something quick if you need to. Juliana was very charming, she helped us a lot on the last day of the trip with all the support and sympathy. She made up for every minute!

we were in Brazill for 4-1/2 months and this was, without doubt, the nicest apartment that we rented. Good neighborhood, big and spacious living area, good beds, well equipped kitchen, beautiful and huge TV. The photos don't do it justice. Highly recommended.

Well located, close to restaurants, markets and pharmacies. Beautiful view (exactly as in the photos). The apartment was impeccably clean, with new furniture and fragrant bedding. Excellent option for those who want to spend a few days in Recife with an excellent cost-benefit. In addition, check-in was flexible, subject to availability, and the host was very helpful, even recommending tourism companies and amenities that were not listed in the rental.

The LocarHouse team is very efficient! Mr. João (who received us) was very responsive and clear in the past information. The house is very good, better in person than in the pictures (which are already good), it is the closest house to the sea and the rooms have views of it. A single detail (for me and my guests) that was greatly missed: The blackout curtains! The rooms are very bright and it turns out to be a little inconvenient to be obliged to always wake up at sunrise, we ended up sleeping late and having to wake up very early due to the clarity. Even so 5 stars all over the context.

Super organized, just like the photos. Hosting is well worth hosting.
