Very pleasant stay at Lucie's. Royan and its various districts are very easily accessible on foot. Chay Beach is less than a five-minute walk away. Lucie offers tea, coffee and kitchen necessities, the studio is very well arranged and stays cool in the heatwave. The secure parking space for the car is very appreciable. At Lucie's, an excellent place to stay in Royan!

We had a pleasant stay at Émilie and Jean-Marc's. They were welcoming and available. The accommodation is as described, very well furnished, and very clean. The outdoor area is simply splendid, a perfect setting for relaxation, ideal for recharging your batteries. Special mention to the pool, which is a significant asset. We'll be happy to go back!

Would highly recommend staying at Thierry’s apartment. Incredible location, close to everything. Was spacious and incredibly clean and Thierry was very communicative.

Apartment very well located to do everything on foot. Perfect for a stay of a few days for 2 adults. Pleasant terrace, lots of neighbors, but not annoying in this season.

Right in the heart of la Rochelle. A alot of restaurants and bars outside your doorstep. Place was as it is described in the listing. Be prepared to juggle parking. Look for green zones or park outside of city take a cab in.

Kind and helpful host. He adapted to our arrival and departure schedules, which helped us a lot. The apartment is very nice. Nice decoration and location close to the city center.

The location of the accommodation is exceptional and offers a superb terrace with direct view of the beach, with La Rochelle, Ile de Ré and Fort Boyard in the distance. The accommodation is pleasant and functional.

A few little glitches which were resolved in amusing fashion involving my french, Fiona's English, Google translate and cameraphone.Importantly the house was very comfy and well appointed and close to wonderful beaches.On our last night we experienced the most wonderful burnt orange, white and blue sunset. Plenty to explore on the island and if you like fish and shellfish you won't be disappointed! Thanks to Fiona and her parents, who checked us out, for a very memorable 2 weeks. We had a great stay at Escale J&J. The accommodation was warm and cozy. It was perfectly in line with the description, very clean and very well equipped with a nice enclosed outdoor space. We did not have the opportunity to meet the owners but the relations were very cordial. We recommend this accommodation and will probably come back.

A very nice house 30 seconds walk from the beach, with the pool as a bonus to enjoy. A real pleasure to open the shutters in the morning, to hear the sound of the waves and to feel the spray. We had a very good stay, communication with Stéphane was smooth. He was a very responsive and caring host.

My house is functional, you can find everything you need to spend a few days, you quickly feel at home. The decor is simple but not impersonal (good taste) In the heart of the city, the house allows you to park the car and move around on foot or by bike We'll be happy to come back

Excellent week of vacation, ideal location on the island to enjoy the Cotinière on foot (shops, restaurants, beaches ...) The house and exteriors (with the option to park a vehicle) are perfect and as described to fully enjoy our stay. Very quiet for the studio. For those who love walking, I've been spoiled. Xavier is responsive and helped me a lot. Good restaurants.

Excellent stay in Arnaud's apartment. Very well received by Fadia. The location is perfect for going to La Rochelle in 10 minutes on foot by the sea.

Beautiful studio, very clean and well-equipped, with a good real bed and a small terrace. Well located, close to the beaches of Vaux-sur-Mer and Saint-Palais, easily accessible on foot as well as shops. We also enjoyed the quiet, the view of the trees framing a small piece of sea and the reserved parking. In addition, the host welcomes us in person, for once it is not a key box, it is appreciable.

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and the bike room are really assets when you know the difficulty (and the price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!
