Beautiful Villa in a nice peaceful location

Nice house, nothing was missing. It is clean and in a very quiet corner. Very close to Domino where there is a grocery store, a bakery and a market. You can rent bikes right next door or at Domino. Sonia was super nice. The Les Sables restaurant at the campsite was very nice!

Amazing place, conveniently located on the island of Oleron. Very well equipped and spacious. Ideal for a family weekend getaway where everyone has their own space and privacy. Jennifer is a very pleasant, responsive host with great tips. We highly recommend it.

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

Very nice stay in a very nice house. We came for a sports weekend and rented the two accommodations offered. It went very well. The living rooms, bedrooms and outdoor space are very pleasant. If I had to put a small downside, it was that given the very pleasant side of the terrace, with a nice table for friendly evenings, it was a shame not to have a barbecue. There was just a very small plancha for 10-12 people. It does not detract from the quality of the accommodation and its many advantages. We'll be happy to go back

We had an exceptional stay in this beautiful house on the island of Oléron. The place is even more beautiful than in the photos: the house is perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The environment is quiet, green and ideal to unwind. The location is perfect for exploring the island easily. A huge thank you to our host, who was welcoming, available and attentive throughout the stay. We'll be happy to go back!

We felt very comfortable and welcome, the apartment with the terrace and the beautiful garden are a gem. The sea is close and the surroundings are very quiet. Only the Internet has repeatedly dropped out, which was sometimes annoying.

Elodie and Brice are very welcoming hosts. In addition, I benefited from a very effective osteopathy session with Brice because I was stuck in part of my back. We liked the stay in Anne Carole's "Haus Am Strand" very much. It was relaxing and quiet for us. The direct access to the beach is so wonderful! The beach in the evening sun is incredibly beautiful and peaceful. The location is also highly recommended for cycling tours. We particularly liked the port of La Cotinière and the lighthouse. Anne-Valérie's house is a haven of peace, just steps from the sea. The space is exactly as pictured: sublime. The decoration is chosen with great taste, and Anne-Valérie is absolutely adorable. Thank you for this wonderful welcome. We'll be back for sure. Marion

It s been very calm and pleasant to stay there, great find well situated on the island if you want to visit around!!

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

I confirm what has already been said. Listing completely matches the photos and description. Quiet (for us, May 15). Well-equipped terrace (table, living room, sunbed) and in the sun all day. Garden. fully enclosed ideal for our little dog. Bicycle path at the foot of the gate. We did not meet Agnes but she was always responsive to our requests. You can go there without a doubt.

Thank you Véronique for this excellent welcome and for the advice and good addresses (especially the fisherman whose fish and shellfish were excellent and of unparalleled freshness). The charming accommodation was very pleasant, especially in the hot weather of the weekend of the ascension. The small village is pleasant and everything is within walking distance. Special mention for the bakery with its small spelt bread as well as the nearby bar restaurant for its excellent cocktails (and dishes too)

The little house on the Coast is a small haven of peace . Amazing view, very cozy house, very clean and very well decorated. Ideal house to disconnect. Ideally located for bike rides or walking. As a bonus, amazing sunsets.
