Great place and location . Brilliant week all round

Accommodation near the city center, quiet, very clean, very well-equipped, just a downside, we don't capture very well with our mobile phones. The accommodation is lovely.

Beautiful apartment, clean, carefully decorated, well-equipped and close to the center. Instructions for our arrival were clear and accurate. Charlotte has always been very responsive and kind. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

We had a lovely time in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer. The apartment is on the street, but it is a great starting point for swimming, restaurants and beautiful excursions in the area. Franceline is a great hostess and also made sure that the vacation went smoothly and that we felt right at home in the apartment. Thank you very much!

We were very satisfied. The place had everything in the immediate vicinity, a nice beach, many good restaurants and a supermarket where you can get everything. The place was small but absolutely sufficient for two people, the kitchen had almost everything you need (unfortunately no wine opener, thought that was a prerequisite in France ;) )

Although the contact was never direct, Sylvain was a thoughtful, responsive and anxious host to welcome us in the best possible way. The apartment, despite its modest proportions, offers all the comfort you can expect. Its ideal location also allows access by foot to everything that, in the historic Rochefort, is worth a visit, from its famous arsenal to the old port, from its Marine Museum to its unspoiled fortifications, from its buccaneer cafes to its antique bookshops.

Great view, the beach is really 50 m away. The shops nearby are open, it's fine. Quiet neighborhood, the street below is one way, the accommodation is spacious, the bedding is good. A refresh of the dishes would be welcome, bathroom and kitchen at the top, the rest a little old-fashioned but functional. After all, it's more than enough for a vacation. We'll be happy to go back. We had a lovely stay at this place. We discovered La Couarde, which we really liked (central square on the island, caterers, covered market with few stalls but quality, kindness of the people we met ...). We were a little far from the center on foot but we didn't mind (25 minute walk). The residence where the accommodation is located is very pleasant and has all the amenities (tennis court, ping pong table in a covered place, small green space...) Only thing a little inconvenient to the noise from the road to Ars. The interior of the accommodation was very nice and cozy, with a large comfortable sofa and a large table, the bedding was fine and all the kitchenware was there. Communication with our host was discreet

We had a very nice stay with the family, the location is quiet and peaceful, a large room pleasant to live in and friendly and accommodating hosts. We were able to bring our dogs there. 10-15 minutes from the city center on foot, Super U and good restaurant nearby. Top 👍

Large and beautiful Charentaise house with swimming pool and barbecue with many advantages, games room, 5 spacious bedrooms, pleasant living room for 12 people. Secure outdoor parking for 3 vehicles.

House at the top, away from the hustle and bustle, very well-equipped, close to all amenities. Perfect for a relaxing stay! Village du Château with market and good restaurants 10min by bike. Martine is very available and friendly.

Very well located place nothing to say I highly recommend this accommodation which is close to everything including shopping malls which are only 35 min walk away. The place is close to essential shops (bakery, pharmacy ...) not to mention the beach right next to the accommodation which is convenient it avoids using your car. Quiet place

Clean and functional accommodation. Responsive host, clear instructions. High point parking space included with the accommodation, close to the city center on foot.

The apartment, proposed by Eddy, was in line with the amenities mentioned. The living environment was pleasant without any noise disturbance. we were able to fully enjoy our vacation thanks to this apartment. I would highly recommend it to anyone who would like to stay in Royan and want to be close to everything on foot.

Mélanie's studio is perfectly located to enjoy the Ile de Ré. Bike rental next door. The beach at the end of the street is great! Communication with Mélanie was very fast and smooth. Two small downsides, the noise caused by the entrance door of the residence and the bike room too small!!!

We particularly appreciated the listing as described and in a great location. Thanks to the private parking space, we left the car and were able to do everything on foot. The bus stop at the foot of the residence is an undeniable plus. A big thank you for your hospitality, I highly recommend you and I would not hesitate to rent your accommodation again if I had to come back to La Rochelle.

The studio offered by Florian matches its description, it is very well equipped and well located. We slept well, it was quiet during the night. Keep in mind that the proximity to the other apartments of the large residence does not allow privacy when you are in the garden and there is a lot of traffic during the long weekends and holidays certainly. This did not particularly bother us. We enjoyed this wonderful island, the beach located 400m away is a plus for an aperitif or a walk at sunset.
