I had a great two-night stay at this place. The host was very welcoming and responsive, and the apartment was as described, clean and very conveniently located. Its location is ideal, close to amenities and main points of interest, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

Very nice spacious, well appointed and equipped accommodation. Very quiet and very convenient with direct access to all activities in the city. Parking in the courtyard and being able to connect your vehicle is a real plus. We would definitely recommend it.

Family weekend with children. Very nice house, heated pool as desired, generous kitchen in equipment, top bedding, beautiful decor. We loved it, and Alison was very responsive when we had a question. We'll want to go back, that's for sure!

Our stay went very well. The house is in line with the description and photos. The exteriors are very pleasant. The accommodation is well located close to the bike paths. The pool is a very big plus because the beaches are not just next door. Carine was responsive to our questions and flexible for our arrival. Go there with your eyes closed, I highly recommend it!!

We rented this accommodation for our wedding celebration. An exceptional place that perfectly matched our needs: spacious, welcoming, accessible, functional, safe for children because it is fenced... In short, if you have an event to celebrate or any other type of gathering, go there with your eyes closed, this place will be beyond your expectations once you get there :) We also want to highlight the availability of Dylan who is very accessible with a very professional and understanding attitude towards our wedding. Communication with our hosts went very well! The house is in a good location. Close to essential shops and not only, doctor and bike rental too and at the same time on a quiet street! The house is well equipped and clean. The Jacuzzi is exceptional! Spacious and clean and set in a good spot. Everything was superb to rediscover this island dear to our heart. Don't hesitate!

This is the third time we have booked this accommodation because it is really very comfortable and well located, quiet. We also booked in early August and we will continue next year if we are accepted. Evelyne is very responsive, Virginie absent replaced by Amelia also very friendly and available. We had a great time at Kim and François's. The location is ideal for shopping, pedestrian streets and the port. On the other hand, for Minimes beach you have to take the car, it's 15 minutes away. The apartment is very well-equipped, and very well decorated, it's very nice, you feel at home. Thank you Kim and François.

We particularly appreciated the listing as described and in a great location. Thanks to the private parking space, we left the car and were able to do everything on foot. The bus stop at the foot of the residence is an undeniable plus. A big thank you for your hospitality, I highly recommend you and I would not hesitate to rent your accommodation again if I had to come back to La Rochelle.
