Beautiful Villa in a nice peaceful location

Nice house, nothing was missing. It is clean and in a very quiet corner. Very close to Domino where there is a grocery store, a bakery and a market. You can rent bikes right next door or at Domino. Sonia was super nice. The Les Sables restaurant at the campsite was very nice!

Very nice and friendly place! I recommend it for a weekend with family or friends.

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

Everything at your fingertips, without missing a thing. This is how I would define this little gem, by far one of my most beautiful surprises on Airbnb. I recommend 200%.

Very spacious and well-appointed house, large and fenced outside (perfect with dogs) and a big plus with the heated pool. Great location to discover the island and access to the beach on foot appreciable. Nelly's great flexibility on check-in and check-out times with responsive response. A few amenities would be worth repairing or changing for everything to be perfect. We'll be happy to go back!

We had an exceptional stay in this beautiful house on the island of Oléron. The place is even more beautiful than in the photos: the house is perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The environment is quiet, green and ideal to unwind. The location is perfect for exploring the island easily. A huge thank you to our host, who was welcoming, available and attentive throughout the stay. We'll be happy to go back!

We felt very comfortable and welcome, the apartment with the terrace and the beautiful garden are a gem. The sea is close and the surroundings are very quiet. Only the Internet has repeatedly dropped out, which was sometimes annoying.

On a business trip, we enjoyed the calm and comfort after the days at the embroidery show. Melanie was very available both when we arrived and when we left. We will be delighted to book during our next visit 🌸🌿

We liked the stay in Anne Carole's "Haus Am Strand" very much. It was relaxing and quiet for us. The direct access to the beach is so wonderful! The beach in the evening sun is incredibly beautiful and peaceful. The location is also highly recommended for cycling tours. We particularly liked the port of La Cotinière and the lighthouse. Accommodation in every way corresponding to the listing and our expectations. Comfortable and cozy, tastefully decorated. Very well equipped, we did not lack anything. Cool room despite the heatwave this week. The house is very well located, 2 minutes from the pedestrian streets of Saint Pierre and at the same time quiet at the end of this pretty alley. Welcoming and charming host. We will keep this beautiful address for a future visit to Oleron.

Warning: you'll fall in love! It is with great nostalgia that we left this rental... We had a wonderful week (very exotic for us who come from Haute-Savoie!) in a privileged place just a few steps from the ocean. The house is charming, you immediately feel at home! Everything was perfect, as in the photos, nothing was missing. Tania is a perfect host. We only have one desire now... to come back next year. It s been very calm and pleasant to stay there, great find well situated on the island if you want to visit around!!

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

The location of the accommodation is exceptional and offers a superb terrace with direct view of the beach, with La Rochelle, Ile de Ré and Fort Boyard in the distance. The accommodation is pleasant and functional.

The little house on the Coast is a small haven of peace . Amazing view, very cozy house, very clean and very well decorated. Ideal house to disconnect. Ideally located for bike rides or walking. As a bonus, amazing sunsets.
