This is the perfect location (for 2 people) close to the coast and a few kilometers from La Rochelle. The house has a private small garden, is very tastefully decorated and the kitchen is equipped with good kitchen appliances. Two bicycles are available for trips in the area. Axel is a very attentive host, who is always available for questions or any problems. Recommended!

We had a great stay at Teddy's place. The apartment was spacious, equipped and nicely decorated. Close to all amenities. Teddy is very friendly, and gave us recommendations on the activities available in La Rochelle and its surroundings! The jacuzzi and terrace are a real plus!! I recommend it 100%. We'll be back!

We had a great time at Patricia's place. The apartment is as advertised, very clean, well-equipped and ideally located, with a magnificent sea view. Direct access to the beach is a real plus. Patricia is a very attentive, responsive host and gives good advice for visits and activities in the area. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy good places and organize our outings easily. Very well placed and equipped. Less than 10 minutes to the city center. Well-equipped. Perfect for a family. A little traffic and noise from the hospital next door. But good insulation of the windows. Good welcome. The market next door is a good point!

Beautiful studio, very clean and well-equipped, with a good real bed and a small terrace. Well located, close to the beaches of Vaux-sur-Mer and Saint-Palais, easily accessible on foot as well as shops. We also enjoyed the quiet, the view of the trees framing a small piece of sea and the reserved parking. In addition, the host welcomes us in person, for once it is not a key box, it is appreciable.

Perfect accommodation for two, easy to access and ideally located. Beautiful room, very large bathroom, very clean and well decorated, no complaints. We will certainly return there during our next stay in La Rochelle.

Excellent location, very close to a beautiful sandy beach. Great ice cream shop and fantastic bakery bus stop right outside which took you straight into LaRochelle old port in 20 minutes. Car parking within walking distance.

Perfect place, Everything is within walking distance, from the seafood restaurant to the bakery as well as the coastal path for a total change of scenery guaranteed. The best with this sea view and views of the Cordouan lighthouse... We'll go back for sure.
