stay at his place only for one day to attend my daughter's graduation. Check in is easy, the house was clean, spotless and perfect for my group. Everything was labelled accordingly. Nothing to complain about. Will definitely stay at this place again and will recommend to friends.

Stayed here as part of a weekend trip to introduce Philly to my young kids. The location was great, right near South St. and an easy walk to the Liberty Bell. The home was just as advertised and all that we needed. I recommend it!

We had a great weeklong stay at this unique Airbnb in historic Manayunk. The location is excellent—close to shops, restaurants, and trails. The space is exactly as pictured: clean, well-kept, and in a very cool old mill building with lots of character. It was perfect for us and our two dogs. The dedicated parking spot is a nice bonus, though street parking was usually available nearby if needed. The neighborhood has some steep hills (classic Manayunk), so keep that in mind for dog walks—but overall, it was manageable and pleasant. Street noise wasn’t an issue for us, but there’s a noise machine provided just in case. We appreciated that thoughtful touch. We’re originally from the area and would definitely stay here again—comfortable, convenient, and true to its listing.

Jason is an excellent host and perfectly communicative. He provided great recommendations for local spots and was very helpful when a member of our party, who doesn't typically use Airbnb, arrived early. The home is ideal for a large group, featuring comfortable beds and minimal wait times for showers. Some construction across the street woke us up early, but that's beyond anyone's control. Additionally, it's worth noting that the cleaners do not leave many supplies readily accessible, so it's a good idea to bring extra detergent, soaps, and wipes if you prefer to keep things tidy during your stay.

Meghan's place was just right for our family and our stay. We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen. The kids loved having a hang out space in the basement with their own TV and toys! Everyone got their own room and space. It was nice to walk out and be within a short distance to the museum, the Penitentiary, parks, etc. The only downsides were steep steps from the main floor to upstairs, but Meghan had that covered with baby gates which was awesome! Peace of mind that no little ones would go up or down if in place. Parking was iffy, but we managed to get a spot not too far away. Other than that, such a lovely little home with space to spread out. We loved our stay and would book again!

James was a very responsive host and the unit was terrific. Very well located and convenient to be right next to the grocery store. The place was spacious and had everything that we needed for a family weekend in Philly.

My bridesmaids & I stayed here for my wedding, and it was perfect ! It's a very well curated home, with lots of historic details, but and plenty of space for all us girls to get ready. I really appreciate having had such a lovely place to relax with my best friends on such an important day. Thank you!

Taniya's place was just like the pictures. it was clean and spacious. The balcony was especially nice to sit out on in the evening. Taniya was responsive to when we communicated with her. As there are few places for guests in this area, I think that Taniya's place is a real find.

I enjoyed my stay here 10/10. Cozy spot with a great view from the balcony. Fantastic pool. Friendly neighborhood. Also close by the train station which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend.

The Airbnb was beautiful, exactly as described and my stay was peaceful. The outdoor lounge in the middle is a great spot to hang outside. The host was extremely responsive and very helpful with any questions I had. I would highly recommend this Airbnb overall!!

My friends and I had a great time at this Airbnb and would definitely book again. Tiona was very responsive and the place looked better than in the photos. The beds were comfy, the dining area was cute and having multiple parking spots was great.

Great value and location, breathtaking view, quiet space

The kitchen? Immaculate. The bedrooms? Forget about it. I don't know how many times I've over slept! There were plenty of instances where I left my TV on full volume but the other guests were sound asleep. The A/C units are a little tricky. The private balcony is what made the stay worth-wild; the other guests were very considerate though. The shared balcony afforded a more uninterrupted view of the bridge and city-scape and the building was well maintained. My only complaint is the main door to the building was consistently left open/ajar. My guest mentioned hearing someone coming all the way up stairs and trying both doors before walking away; the safety issue made me think twice about booking again. Although the apartments door can lock, that extra layer of security is what I was looking for!

Easily one of the best rental properties I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in quite a few. The location is amazing for walking to places like Independence Hall and other historical/fun/interesting places. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance too. The parking lot next door was a bonus and made it super easy to get our vehicle when we needed to, but it is fairly expensive compared to some of the surrounding garages. It was worth it, though. Also, while the front door is at street level, you'll need to go up a flight of stairs to get to the apartment entrance, and then there is a sort of twisty set of stairs to get to the bedrooms and bathrooms. We were traveling with my disabled mother and while she technically could navigate the steps, it was quite difficult for her. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay and would 100% stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in Philly.

Due to an emergency I was not able to stay here. I do want to say it was a last minute booking and Joseph was extremely accommodating. He responded to every question within minutes and was very informative about his place and the location. Even though I was not able to stay I had a great experience dealing with Joseph I booked one of his other places for this weekeen. Thanks Joseph

Great stay in Philly. Lots of places to eat and shop. Did get loud in this area. Beds a bit small but my wife and new born slept fine and I crashed on the couch. We ordered food the night and there was a stacked kitchen. A huge window to look out pretty awesome the window .

This spot was the perfect place for our trip to Philadelphia. It was very clean with the good amount of space. Brittani was great at communicating. I would definitely recommend.

What a gem! We never used our car once and loved having a parking space dedicated to the space. Our hosts were super helpful and responsive and had such great neighborhood recommendations! We would love to stay here again.
