Great little spot! To have a private parking spot in the neighbor was dreamy! Just needed it last minute to get to Philly for an early flight the next day and wound up having so much fun exploring this cute little neighborhood! Unit exactly as described. Leonard communicated promptly and completely!

The apartment was absolutely spotless and very comfortable! You can walk barefooted and have nothing sticking to the bottom of your feet. We were impressed by attention to detail. The host stocked the bathroom and kitchen with all the essentials. We felt safe and secure at all times. And, free parking. Will definitely stay here our next trip to Philadelphia.

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Katerina many thanks for hosting us - you have an amazing place and we hope to return on a few months! Take care and thanks tons for everything!!

The street was very quiet and we felt safe walking there in the evening. The house is set up nicely for a couple. The patio area was an extra bonus for the evening with comfortable couch and fireplace. We visit Philadelphia frequently and we will stay with Stacie again if her place is available.

We haven’t been back to Philly in over 10 years! It was nice to have a safe, clean and easily accessible place to stay. The stairs were a bit of a challenge after walking all day, but I knew that when I booked it! Just letting others know. I apperciated all of communication and help from the hosts. If I ever come back to the city, I would stay here again 100%!

Jen & Scott were amazing hosts. The property location was secluded yet incredibly close to a lot of South Philadelphia attractions. Being a Philly girl, I would highly recommend this location and Jen & Scott as hosts. 5 stars for sure.

Sandra's place was great. It had everything we needed and was so cute and quirky. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to a ton of cool vintage shops, restaurants and other attractions. We drove and were able to find parking a block away and just left the car there the whole stay. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. In addition Sandra was super responsive when I had questions.

Christine’s place is lovely, clean and spacious, very quiet and well located from a walking distance of many sites worth visiting in Philadelphia. Both the bed and sofa bed are comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Chris' place was exactly as described and pictured. We enjoyed the great location and cleanliness of the unit. Very easy check in to both the building and unit itself. Provided coffee was very good! Chris was very quick to respond and helped tremendously with a few special requests.

Kaitlyn’s place was perfect for our Roots Picnic/Pride weekend! Great quiet neighborhood with lots to do but still easy to get to the city center and experience Philly. I recommend this place if you’re looking to be in a walkable area. Parking could be better, but we were able to find free parking with Kaitlyn’s help. All an all a great weekend and the space will make you want to come back. 😇

This apartment is exactly as described. Brand new building so everything is new and updated. So much construction happening around the area but that didn’t affect us or our stay. Richard was so responsive and helpful with everything, even when I had parking questions, they called me right away. I had my dog with me and there is a great little fenced in area for the dogs to go off leash and do their business. I would definitely stay again the next time I’m in the area.

Great place, very clean & modern. Decent neighborhood with lots to do within walking range. Parking was not bad at all, was able to park right in front of the unit. Neighbors are very friendly. Host was very helpful! Definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

If you are looking for a good central location, that’s the perfect choice. The beautiful apartement is like a 5 star hotel. It looks very luxurious, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the whole apartement is spotlessly clean. You can also find several parking options for a good price if you arrive by car. I will definitely book again if I’m visiting Philly.

Great place to stay, looks just like the photos, and is a great feel for the space. Water didn't get as hot as I would like but still gets to a nice temperature. If getting there later in the day, plan to look for parking as it is all street parking. Availability for parking was within a block or so, which was fine. Overall great night's stay!

For being my first Airbnb stay I was very satisfied with this place! Looks just like the photos and much beautiful feel in person. It felt like I was coming and going as if I was at my own apartment building that’s how great the host instructions was very simple self explanatory. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Danni's place offered a relaxing stay for my family of four (including toddler & infant). Her responsiveness before & during the trip was greatly appreciated, as were her clear instructions & city guide. The home offers up multiple places to congregate after a day of touring the city -- the rooftop in particular was lovely even if the weather didn't cooperate. The kitchen was functional and came with a nice welcome basket that my children loved. I also really appreciated the baby items -- gates for the staircases, all outlets covered, toys, a crib, pack n' play, and baby bath. These amenities made it an easy decision to forgo a hotel and made our packing a bit easier too! Fairmount is a walkable neighborhood with plenty of food & coffee options, as well as on-street parking. Hope to visit again soon!
