Apartment holiday rentals in Olathe

The apartment has amazing views of the city. It was a beautiful place to stay and close to the streetcar and all that downtown has to offer. I will definitely stay again next time I am in Kansas City.

This will be our first choice if we go back to Kansas City!

We had a wonderful stay at the house! It’s such a cozy and charming space, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We absolutely loved our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cute, welcoming spot to stay.

Cindy was very friendly and quick to respond when we decided to last-minute stay following a Royals game. The home is tidy and very clean; gives off an ambient and cozy vibe as soon you walk in. 10/10 would recommend

I felt right at home. She had a comfortable home to relax in with all the amenities you need! If you need coffee, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, dish soap - then it is provided. If you need a vacuum then you have it. Just bring your clothes & food and your set! We could come and go do our touristy stuff and Francis would keep us updated with things going on or asked if we were fine! She sent us directions to check in and check out. If I had any questions, she was fast to react with answers. Overall, it was a great place to stay and right across from a coffee shop! Who can ask for anything else! Great location and walkable to green spaces in KC. Loved having different places to relax in the space and very well kept and comfortable.

Park House on Main was perfect! My husband and I wanted a walkable, quiet weekend in KC. The location of this place was ideal as it allowed us to walk everywhere; to the farmers market and park, to Prima for dinner, and to other local coffee shops and boutiques. The room we booked felt like a hotel room - equipped with clean linens, a small coffee pot and typical amenities. The train downtown was not a problem as the host supplied effective earplugs. We loved our stay!

Ana’s place was exactly like described. Just a short drive to local restaurants and shopping. It sits right near the highway which makes it very accessible to other places.

Angie was a great host and the apartment was just as described. My wife and I had a very comfortable stay there and would stay again if we ever need a place for a night or two in KC!

Concierge was very polite and helpful. Parking was very quick with easy access to the key fobs and elevator. The apartment was clean, cute and comfortable. Communication was top notch!

This was a very nice place to stay. It was close to the grocery store so if we needed something to eat it was only three minutes away and in a safe neighborhood. I do also like how it had a Herbal Life nutrition place right around the corner that I could walk to because I needed my energy tea. I also want to thank you guys for not canceling on me like the other Airbnb did because otherwise I’m not sure what we would of done for a place to stay at. Thanks again!

Very cute and comfortable place. Lovely creperie a short walk around the corner. Love the large communal spaces: big dining table, good sized living room and lots of seating. Very charming. Lots of available street parking. Courtyard out back is a nice feature though we didn't end up using it.

A must stay in the Kansas City area! Highly recommended property!!!

The house was beautiful! Exactly like pictures and so many extra touches. Beds and linens were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with everything we could need, great WiFi, plenty of parking, easy access to the highway, but also close to a lot of cute local spots! Megan and her team were very helpful and responsive. Great for our long weekend!

Great place that's pet friendly. The apartment was as described with everything we needed. There are neighbors but we never heard a peep from them; very quiet and respectful. Some of the neighbors do seem to be lacking adequate storage as their belongings are being stored outside causing some clutter around the building, but it was no problem and everyone was extremely friendly. We had a great stay with an easy check-in and enjoyed being left alone to relax and visit with friends & family. We hope to be back to Kansas City again soon, and will be looking forward to booking with this host again!!

We loved our stay at Abbeys! It was exactly what we needed for the weekend and we loved being able to walk everywhere that we needed to go. Great walkable dining and trails and very close to Whole Foods. Our dog was able to use a fully fenced backyard and we were so happy to have peace of mind with him in the home. Would love to stay again!

We were in town for the weekend for a wedding and are so glad to have found Kirsten and Jim’s rental! The location was close to many great restaurants and spots. We had no difficulty getting Ubers around when we weren’t walking! Jim was very responsive and allowed us to check in / out at times more convenient for us. We enjoyed the deck in the morning w coffee and breakfast. Felt right at home in this peaceful inner city oasis!!

Really nice place for a few week’s stay. Quiet, clean, lots of room. Nice design choices. A block from Whole Foods, coffee shop, walking trail. Very short drive (or walk) to park and loads of restaurants and shops.

Adam was awesome and flexible - enjoyed my stay and will be back again. The gym is daily reminder which kept me active! All in all had a great week and Adam was extremely understanding with a last night change on my side! Thanks again
