Debbie’s property is a little slice of peaceful heaven. It had everything we needed for our 5 night stay, and was within a 20 minute drive of almost all activities in Rotorua.

Mark was an amazing host! This vacation home was spotless and would be great for large and small families. Our family appreciated his thoughtfulness in leaving us muesli squares at check in and then the next morning homemade bread which we enjoyed with our breakfast. His home is close to many attractions in Rotorua that made it super easy to enjoy them and be back to relax quickly. Would highly recommend his home to other travelers headed for a holiday in Rotorua. We loved our stay there.

The Starling Box is definitely the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! Janina is an exceptional host - she gave us a lovely, warm welcome and showed us all around her beautiful, modern home. The home itself is clean, well appointed and has all the comforts of home. We appreciated the extra touches that are evident throughout the house that make everything cozy and comfy - from warm blankets to a well kitchen stocked with delicious breakfast items, coffee, tea and snacks. The space is peaceful and inviting, and you can feel the love that went into every detail of this fantastic Airbnb. We had a fabulous stay. The house was perfect for our group and the spa overlooking the lovely view was such a great way to relax and unwind.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lots of space, great location and the kids loved looking at the toys on the shelf! We arrived later than we planned but John still came down and showed us around. Highly recommend staying here!

An excellent location and extremely helpful host. The space is spotlessly clean and solid value. The cats were adorable and gave the place character. Way better than booking a motel room ...it felt safe and cosy. Highly recommended and we will book again.

We absolutely loved our stay!!! The apartment itself is so spacious, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. The location was close to everything- we walked everywhere the weekend. Will most definitely be back - this is the perfect place for a weekend in the Mount!

I really recommend staying at Barb's place, it's got everything you would need for a short or longer stay. There's lots to do in the area and Barb gave some great recommendations and helpful information. As a host Barb is the best I've ever had, fast response time, friendly and very helpful, she really goes above and beyond!

The apartment was perfect. Good underground parking. Close to the venue we were attending. Just a couple of minutes walk to the city centre and restaurants. Very quiet. Arihia and Char were excellent hosts.

We had an amazing four night stay here. The apartment was excellently furnished, the location effectively on the lakefront was fantastic and the outlook across the lake to Mount Tarawera was beautiful. We could not have wished for more. Thank you Murray for being such a great host

The best air bnb I’ve stayed in! It was so baby friendly and had so many great amenities. The pictures don’t do the place justice, it’s so spacious!

The flat is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The back of the apartment complex has direct access to the beach. We had a great stay.
