Great place great location. The only thing is the entrance is a bit difficult to spot what makes it worse is that it’s at around the cornering where car going quite fast and at night it’s very dark! Overall we had a great time staying at the place! Kids enjoyed the ping pong 🏓 that’s the bonus

The place was nice & tidy and looked exactly like the pictures. The host was super responsive, which made communication with them easy. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to spend some time in Tauranga & specifically Papamoa.

Beautiful home, perfectly set up with everything you might need. Very cosy, lovely furnishings, linen & little details. The fire was a treat & kept entire place warm for my elderly mum. Melanie is a great host, very helpful, thoughtful & went the extra mile to make our stay a perfect one. highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay here. We were a group of 2 families with 4 adults and 7 kids and it fitted us perfectly. The spa was a hit as was the big room downstairs with the tv. Great kitchen space with everything we needed. House was warm with heat pumps and heaters. We had all our bikes and felt safe leaving them on the cars overnight as the property is up a hill and relatively secluded. Amazing views! Hosts were responsive and helpful. We’ll be back again!

Kaimai country retreat was spotless and super peaceful. The outdoor baths were an absolute treat, and Joanne had left the place really well stocked and lovely amenities. A really well set up country stay, which we enjoyed immensely.

This was the first day of my trip to New Zealand. It was very beautiful, and the view was wonderful! It was late at night, but they kindly turned on the air conditioner♪ The bathroom is also very clean! Personally, the heated bed was wonderful! Recommended for your stay in❤ Rotorua

Perfect little place for my partner and one year old. We did the a small part of the hauraki trail then settled in for the night. Mark & Cheryl were very welcoming and showed us around the place so we were comfortable. They also recommended places for us to eat out and grab a drink. Would highly recommend to any families or a small group 🙂

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The location was absolutely perfect, so close to the beach and so close to the shops. The unit is private and the living area is very spacious. The host is very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay, complete with a tour of the farm and feeding the cattle and ducks - my kids thought that was amazing! Alison is fantastic with online communication, and was very patient with my excited children on the tour! Both Alison and Drew are lovely, and their property is immaculate. The house was well equiped with everything we needed, and very warm and comfortable. We would love to come back- especially in warmer weather so we can use the pool more!

We absolutely loved our stay!!! The apartment itself is so spacious, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. The location was close to everything- we walked everywhere the weekend. Will most definitely be back - this is the perfect place for a weekend in the Mount!

Alan was great- he was very considerate with our check in time and although we stayed only for one night, he was brilliant with communication.

I really recommend staying at Barb's place, it's got everything you would need for a short or longer stay. There's lots to do in the area and Barb gave some great recommendations and helpful information. As a host Barb is the best I've ever had, fast response time, friendly and very helpful, she really goes above and beyond!

We had an amazing four night stay here. The apartment was excellently furnished, the location effectively on the lakefront was fantastic and the outlook across the lake to Mount Tarawera was beautiful. We could not have wished for more. Thank you Murray for being such a great host

We had a great stay at Cath’s place. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Cath was very friendly and made me feel welcome right away, which really added a personal touch to the experience. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The flat is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The back of the apartment complex has direct access to the beach. We had a great stay.
