Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Ohio River

My whole family absolutely loved our time at Anna's place. We loved waking up and looking for the Eagles each morning and the crane who came to visit. The water view was so tranquil. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening and the back porch during the day. On the day when it rained and we needed to stay inside we still had a great time playing games while enjoying the lightning show. You can't ask for a better view with all those windows. Anna has gone above and beyond with creating a home away from home for guests. I would definitely stay here again. My kids were ready to move right in. You won't regret booking this location.

Gregory's place was beautiful. it was very clean and had everything we needed. my favorite part was the deck. I loved the swing!

The Tiny House was so beautiful. Lots of antiques. It had a very at home feel to it. Hot tub is plus. Shower is great. Kitchen was the size that we needed for two. Furniture was comfortable. Josh was extremely responsive. They were great about asking if they could come cut the grass or water. Quick to fix the smoke detective that needed a new battery. Made sure I knew how to find replacement sheets for the flannel ones. I am allergic to flannel. They no longer have a Keurig coffee pot and that was no problem because they provided excellent coffee with the coffee maker. We loved having a washer and dryer. Lots of nearby places to eat and very walkable to those places. We may stay there again in September.

My family and I just spent a week at this amazing place! The layout of the house is so cool and it’s very spacious. We spent a lot of time outside, exploring in nature. It really is a big outdoor playground! We really enjoyed swimming and using the slip and slide! This place is truly a hidden haven. While there, it feels as though you are far away in a beautiful, secluded forest, yet when in need of something, the store is only minutes away. Our hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. They responded to any questions or needs we had throughout our stay. My family and I had a fantastic time and we would definitely stay there again!

Enjoyed our time at the Wren House. The Wren House was our stay during a horse show event at Gordyville USA. It was a great place to unwind and disconnect after a full day of horse showing. Very quiet, tranquil and great to disconnect with no TV for a few nights. The screened in porch was a nice to hang out in during the light rain during our stay. If you are a nature lover, this place is definitely for you!

Had a blast. The zip line was a hit for the girls. They loved feeding horses. It was a great get away. We definitely will stay here again the next time we are in Lexington.

We were in the area to visit family. Melinda was very helpful to answer any questions we had. The School House is wonderful. We absolutely enjoyed our time listening to the birds sing in the morning and small fires in the fire pit in the evening. We felt right at home. We would definitely stay again.

This studio apartment was perfect for an overnight stay. The description on Airbnb was accurate, we loved the lake inspired theme and the bed was comfortable. The location was great with little to no noise, the pizza shop (next door) was closed and we did not hear any noise from the tattoo shop above the apartment. We would recommend this place to anyone needed a safe place to stay overnight. Bonus it’s pet friendly!

Enjoyed my stay in Charleston. Would definitely stay here again. Sarah was so kind and helpful with everything. Highly recommend.

Paula's place was exactly as described, absolutely beautiful, clean, and has all the little extras. Extremely responsive and very helpful, we go down once a year and will absolutely look to stay here again!

Fantastic hosts, very communicative and LOTS to do at this spot! They had a pool, hot tub, rooftop hangout and more! Also, in downtown Louisville so restaurants are walkable! It was a nice little get away spot. Glad we came!

Cari's place met our needs for the weekend. We were in town for a Savannah Bananas baseball game. Cari's place was a convenient short drive to the ballpark and other attractions and restaurants but in a neighborhood that is peaceful and quiet. The apartment was clean and as pictured and very detailed instructions were provided for check in. It was a perfect stay for two adults, a teenager, and our dog.

We absolutely loved our stay. The property was clean, well cared for and very comfortable. Sherry was a great host and kind enough to let us spend time with her goats. Great location for traveling to both the Ark and the Creation Museum. Highly recommend staying here and hope to be back again sometime!

The Studio was a perfect stopover on our Ohio to Erie bike excursion! It was a rainy day and Carol let us check in early to avoid the worst of the storm. The breakfast items were fantastic and it was what we needed to fuel our day! We were able to store our bikes in the garage which was another benefit! And it is picturesque and quiet!

Lorraine is a gracious, proactive, and thoughtful host. We had the most wonderful stay, and felt right at home. Great space for making memories.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was very clean and private with a relaxing atmosphere. The master bath and outdoor area is amazing! We grilled out while there. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. When I did have a question Linda and Breck responded quickly and were helpful. Would love to stay again!!

Our family loved our stay at the tiny cabin for our trip to Mammoth Cave NP. We would adventure in the mornings and then back to the cabin for late afternoons on the front porch and hot tub. The cabin was secluded and was so comfortable and cozy!!!

This Airbnb was an absolute gem! The location was unbeatable—close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The space itself was beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we walked in. On top of all that, the price was perfect for the quality and location! If I had to mention one small drawback, it would be that the mattresses were a bit firm for our taste. That said, it certainly wouldn’t stop us from coming back. We had a wonderful experience overall and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The property is beautiful. It was so nice to sit on the porch and look at the lake and watch birds. The fire pit was really nice. A great place to get away and relax.

Rachel’s cabin is cozy, comfortable and has beautiful views. Close to Richmond, Berea and Lexington. We will definitely come back.

I had the most wonderful time at Mary and Jerry’s cabin. The pictures already looked amazing, but the setting is even more idyllic in person. Such a peaceful piece of land! Spent the weekend exploring Spring Mill and a bit of the trails around Monroe Lake. Easy access to both. Couldn’t recommend the cabin more!

This place is fantastic! It is like your own little piece of paradise when your there. We didn't want to leave. The hot tub wasn't in working order which was a bummer, but the view and pool along with seeing my kids catching fish and having a really peaceful good time was all worth it. ❤️
