Roman is such a great host, I had a great experience staying in Carolina in his condo. Sunny or rainy weather, the home feel cozy from the first day. Will be back and would recommend this place to my friends for sure!

Really nice and cosy stay at Olga's beautiful house. Very responsive and attentive host. A true datcha with a lot of character and thoughtful details. Very quiet residential rustic location. Our favorite was a terrace which is nice and sunny in the morning and a perfect refreshing shelter in the afternoon when the heat is high. Super comfy beds and we slept really well every night. A wild beach is 12-15 min walk with kids, through a picturesque beachside hills covered with a gorgeous smell of wild Summer flowers and herbs. There is a shop within 5 min walk with all essentilals. Chernomorsk with busier life is 5-10 min drive. A sunrise over the sea is very special to watch! All highly recommended! Would certainly be happy to come back!

Great place, comfortable cabin. Hosts. Great seascape. There is everything you need for a nice summer stay. The trip left the most positive emotions.

Very nice and spacious house with a sauna, barbecue place and small swimming pool. I would recommend for a large company of 9-14 people.

Nice stylish place. New and clean. Nice view from house territory, but you need to walk to the beach about 5-7 minutes. Recommended if you want to stay outside the city in quiet place. On the territory are other apartments. Hosts are very friendly and ready to help anytime.

Yulia is the best you can wish for. But most of all I wish her safety and a peaceful future in beautiful Ukrain.

I didn't stay here. Wish I could, the photos look beautiful und the reviews are great. I booked the weekend as a last-minute booking to help the host. My thoughts and prayers are with the Ukrainian people 🙏 may this war end very soon. #standwithukraine

A great house with a plot very close to the sea. This is the second plot from the sea, so it's really very close and convenient. The house is large, perfectly furnished, there is everything you need from multicookers and coffee machines to sun loungers. There is a brazier in the yard, a table on the terrace, where it is pleasant to sit in the evening. You can hardly hear the neighbors, you can't see it, but it was noisy at night on Independence Day, on other days everything is quiet. The hosts are very kind people, helped with everything, allowed a very delicious grape that grows on the plot. The beach is wide and relatively uncrowded, as it is on the outskirts of Karolino-Bugaz. The contingent is calm, mostly families with children. There is a good restaurant and small shops within a 10-minute walk. Great place for a quiet family vacation!

Very nice and cozy place to chill with a family or friends. BBQ zone, awesome pine forest, fresh air. For sure can recommend Viktor’s place.

A wonderful stay! Hospitable hosts, lots of greenery and flowers on the territory, a shady gazebo in which it is pleasant to spend time in the midday heat - these are the main impressions of our vacation. A great place for those who love silence and privacy. Shops are nearby, the sea is 15 minutes away, you can meet the sunrise near the house. I didn't want to leave, the impressions were the most pleasant.

Fine host, excellent communication.

Very cosy and comfortable house and courtyard, attentive attitude of Igor and Maya.  When we went down with the stomach flu in the first few days, Maya gave medicine, later took my wife and son to the pharmacy, shop, and beach. Special thanks to little Masha for playing with our son Yasha.  Very quiet and nice neighborhood with a 25-minute leisurely step to the beach with a five-year-old child.  Within a ten-minute walk is a supermarket, next to it, on the street, you can buy vegetables and fruits.  Without any doubt and reservations, I recommend this place.  Igor, Maya, Masha, thank you very much for your hospitality, we hope to meet again.

The place was even better than it seemed in the pictures. Enough for a comfortable stay and everything is in very good condition. There is a big balcony, which is nice to sit for in the evening or have breakfast. I would especially like to note the perfect cleanliness everywhere! The hosts are very decent people. They themselves live in the second part of the house (with separate entrance). Evgenia is always available and ready to help you with any issues. We were allowed to check in early and check out later with no additional fee, thank you so much for that! The sea is not close by, but also not too far away, 20 minutes in a calm step. But if you are by car, it is very convenient to go to the beach in Sancheik or Gribovka, near the house there is just leaving for the road. Sometimes at night it can be disturbed by the barking of neighboring dogs, but it depends only on the dogs themselves:) Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this house. It's recommended!

Clean house, friendly hostess. There is everything for living, I recommend it!

Marina's house is modern and cozy and has everything one could need have a pleasant rest by the sea. The beach is less than 10 minutes away and there are excellent supermarkets and cafes nearby. The area is much more relaxed and family oriented then Arkadia and other more central beaches.

We went with friends at the beginning of the season, everything was great.

Nice cottage for a quiet quiet holiday. The photos correspond to reality. The pros are very close to the sea, the beach is clean and almost deserted in August! There are a lot of mosquitoes! stock up on sprays. Nearby in the cottage village there is a large enough store - you can buy everything.

Very nice house! Everything looks like in the photo: everything is clean and tidy, and the hostess is very polite and always responds
