A wonderful apartment and an amazing host! The apartment looks exactly like in the photos and is located in a very convenient and beautiful part of the city. Everything necessary was provided—shower gels, shampoos, clean towels, and bed linens. Tatyana is a very responsible and friendly host, responding quickly and helping with any questions. I definitely recommend it and will certainly come back!

Unreal service and wonderful hosts of the house. It's not the first time I've booked a place in Odessa, but this is the first time the apartment had everything: shower gel, powder, coffee/tea, cereals. The cleanliness of the house is better than in some hotels. I arrived early in the morning, Mila understood my situation and let me into the apartment even earlier than expected. This is the best option of those where I had to stay and the choice will now be only this house I definitely recommend it to everyone!

Incredibly pleasant stay! The place is clean, tidy, with all the needs you need for a good holiday , very close to the city center. The host is very friendly, always in touch, easy and pleasant to communicate. A special surprise was the gallery in the house — we were lucky enough to get to the exhibition, which added an experience to our trip. We sincerely recommend!

There were only positive impressions of the place. It was very nice that Stanislav allowed to check in earlier as our train arrived early in the morning. The location of the property played a big role, because it saved a lot of time on the road. There is a grocery store and coffee shop right under the house. The property has everything you need for a long and short stay.

We stayed with Vlad for a few nights, traveled with a small child (up to a year). The apartment is very clean and tidy, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. In reality, the apartment was more spacious than it seemed in the photo — a pleasant surprise! Located in the historical center of Odessa, there are many interesting places for walking and delicious establishments nearby. Walking with a stroller is not always convenient due to uneven sidewalks, but in general the area is very atmospheric. We were in a car — we were able to park outside the house without any problems. The bedroom has a small window under the ceiling, not by the bed — it created a feeling of "safety". Thank you Vladova for your hospitality!

The apartment is just perfect. Comfortable layout, quality furniture, nice house with a closed area. Nearby is the cafe Kompot, where it is delicious and inexpensive. The beach is a 15 minute walk away. A couple of steps away is a supermarket with everything you need, pharmacy, in the courtyard of Nova Poshta post office, 7 minutes by taxi to the center. Inside the apartment is perfectly clean, tidy, very cozy. There is everything you need - towels, bedding, soap, any dishes, coffee maker and capsules with coffee before it, tea. Many thoughtful little things that made our stay as comfortable as possible.

Very nice , spacious apartment in a good location . Arcadia where there are many cafes , restaurants and shopping centers only 200 m away. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for comfort. Nice terrace with a warm jacuzzi that I didn't want to leave . Definitely one of the best options for this price. We'll definitely be back .
