Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Odenton

This is a great place to stay and tour the DC Metro area - provided you have a car. Most days it would take us 30 minutes to get to and from DC though if we hit rush-hour, it was as long as an hour. The space is tidy and great. My kids love the pool, though it was a little cold for me-they swam there every night. Jennifer is great to communicate if you have any needs she gets stuff done right away. Note that there is only one bathroom, which can be a pain if you have a full house of six people. The washer and dryer are small so it will take you longer if you’re used to a full size. She had all the cooking methods and appliances available. The theater room has Netflix and Amazon prime ready for you to watch a show. There is even a popcorn maker. We did not use the gym, but it was nice - comparable to a small hotel gym. Property is in the owner’s basement, so there is some sound from upstairs as identified in the listing. Host stays out of your way but is there if you need anything.

JD is an experienced host who accommodates his guests very much. If anyone is looking for a place to stay in the area, I would not hesitate to recommend his place.

Very responsive host. The side yard is very nice for people with dogs that travel. Location is very nice but DC traffic during rush hour can be rough but this can be planned for. Would stay again.

John and Adam were excellent hosts. There were very responsive to my questions and issues. I loved the grounds and very well stocked kitchen. I would gladly stay there again.

Highly recommend Ann’s place! We traveled with our toddler, and it was perfect for him. They supplied a pack and play and tons of board books. My only thing to note is that the walkway to the space is not paved so be aware with small children and suitcases.

A beautiful, elegant space with plush couches, super comfortable king bed and everything you could possibly need! Even extras like a fireplace and dual headed shower you can actually walk around in. The kitchen area was very well stocked and neatly layed out. Great location near so many things to do in Baltimore. Instructions were clear and things well labeled. We felt so well rested and had so much fun in the area. John was thorough with instructions and great to communicate with. If we have the chance to go back Baltimore we’re definitely staying here! I’ve always wanted to stay in a city apartment with tall ceilings and (some) brick walls and it was just so lovely! 10/10!!!!!!

Anne’s place was great for my week long stay in Baltimore. It was about 17 minutes from JHU, less than 15 minutes from the Harbor and National Aquarium, close to Baltimore local favorites, and directly across from a park. Anne was responsive to all my concerns and needs. The apartment was clean and had an abundance of extra towels and sheets for our use. The only comment I have is about the TV and Wifi which were both slow and lagged when doing work. Everything else was perfect and I would definitely stay there again.

We were in town for a wedding and this home was as described and was perfect for our family of 8 that stayed here. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I wish we had time to enjoy the views from the lake. John was a great host and communicated with us throughout our stay. I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking to stay in the Riviera Beach or Pasadena area. It was close to everything we needed during our stay including the airport.

We had a short but nice stay here! We really appreciated the quick responses and thorough explanations of everything. We also appreciated the cookies and couple of waters that we so desperately needed after such a long trip! The place itself is just how it looks in pics and isn’t too far away from the downtown area ☺️

It was perfect for what we were looking for. Location was convenient to Annapolis, but in a quiet area and right on the water. It was a peaceful and restful weekend!

After losing out on three different rentals we found this house. We were staying the week for our son’s graduation from the Naval Academy. It was perfect for our family. We didn’t care about being in downtown Annapolis and this place is perfect for some quiet time and relaxing from the hustle and bustle of graduation week. Would recommend this place for everybody. We had a great stay! The yard was perfect for our dog and playing with our grandson. There was plenty of water and the house met all our needs. The neighborhood was fantastic and we loved taking walks and seeing everyone else out walking their kids and dogs! Definitely will come back!!

The venue, property and service made great memories. Our host went above and beyond to help and especially with a special request that only an exceptional person would do. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to another visit.

Very comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. It's not difficult to find but the location is kind of secluded. Not much traffic even at the entrance to the neighborhood. The house is furnished comfortably and set up for a group to use. A nice dining area off the kitchen for those times you decide not to go out. The bedrooms are all upstairs so family members who decide to stay up late talking don't disturb those that go to bed earlier! We didn't go into DC this trip but it was an easy drive to downtown Baltimore to walk around the harbor and go to a craft/farmer's market. All-in-all, a great place to stay in Laurel. I'll definitely look to see if it is available the next time we are in the area.

Our stay at Justin’s Hot Tub Haven in Annapolis, was exactly that…a haven with a much enjoyed hot tub! Justin was exceedingly responsive, proactive, and flexible. The home is very well appointed with all the necessities, plus all the thoughtful touches like umbrellas, a doggie waste station, and bath robes to name a few. Our children loved the downstairs space (and secretly the adults were thrilled they had it too), and it felt to them like they had their own little apartment. The backyard felt like a small resort. We loved the quick walk to shops and the our boys loved the nearby basketball courts and baseball fields. We highly recommend this home and will stay here again!

Ellen’s condo was absolutely perfect for Commissioning Week. The location couldn’t have been better—within walking distance to fantastic restaurants, the Naval Academy, and Graduation at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. The coffee shop downstairs was a delightful bonus, and the underground parking was a major perk. Ellen provided clear and detailed instructions about the condo and guest expectations, making everything easy to understand and stress-free. The condo itself is beautifully and tastefully furnished, with all the essentials thoughtfully provided. The in-unit washer and dryer were a huge convenience. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed, complete with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. What I appreciated most was how quiet and peaceful the condo was—it offered a true retreat. The private patio was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. Thank you Sean, Megan and Loren for all your helpfulness and a lovely stay!

We had a great stay at Casey’s Moon Base Airbnb. The condo was exactly as described . The neighborhood was friendly and safe. There are several restaurants and shops just a quick walk away. We were able to walk to a Johns Hopkins graduation through a lovely park. Casey was friendly and responded quickly.😊

Jamil & Rania, are easily the most responsive hosts we have experienced on AirBnb. They made everything from check in to check out so easy; got back within minutes on any questions or concerns. The pics do not do the apartment justice. The decor and layout is in such good classic taste, everything from the wonder sofa, bathroom fittings, Master bed is the most comfortable bed ever slept in and sheets, duvet and pillows are high quality. Going to see if we can buy that mattress:-) Kitchen is very well stocked in terms of dishware, pots and pans etc, Coffee maker and k cups an added bonus, Dis-washer super easy to use. Work desk as super addition for log in to check work emails - wi-fi excellent. Sofa amazing as is mirror and walk in closet. Give them 5 stars, definitely stay again; definitely recommend! Thank to you both!

Thomas’ place was stunning. The view was amazing, and the entire space felt cozy, charming, extremely clean, and peaceful. The location was perfect—beautiful and walkable, close to Tysons malls, great restaurants, and the Tysons Metro station. A perfect spot for anyone visiting the DC area. Thomas was very attentive and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions. Overall, this is a top-notch place and probably my favorite choice when visiting the DC area.
