Built in the 50's, located in a quiet neighborhood next to Springer's Nature Preserve, we kept the homey grandparent/ favorite auntie decor. There is a generous screened porch for entertaining and dining. The large yard is surrounded by woods and provides direct access to the Springer's Point trail. The trail is a lovely path to the waterfront on the sound-side of the island, and home to impressive live oak trees, a historic graveyard, and the site of Blackbeard the Pirate's final battle!

August Rose Cottage is a very special studio style private entrance apartment in our personal home. It is located off of a private driveway with only 3 homes facing the sound. It's a true peaceful oasis with sound front access and sunsets that will amaze you! Full service kitchenette and laundry room. We have done our best to make you feel at home in our beach cottage. We are only a few houses away from the Pamlico Inn, minutes to multiple beach access points, restaurants, and groceries.

This studio apartment is located just seven houses from the beach in Frisco--a quick 2 minute walk or an even quicker bike ride. Sleep well in a cozy king bed wake up and enjoy your coffee on a tucked-away patio. The space feels tucked away and is equipped with a mini fridge, griddle, waffle maker, coffee essentials, rice maker, and more. We'll see you soon!

The shared swimming pool is 14' x 28' (available from mid April -mid October from dawn to dusk for registered renters of the Cabanas) creating a haven for rejuvenation and tranquility. RENDEZVOUS is a Newly Renovated, 4 bedroom 3 bath home in the heart of Ocracoke’s Sunset Village. The left side of the home features three bedrooms, one with an en-suite bath and the two others share a hall bath.
