Porch, balcony and garden belong to the house. The house is located next to Gothenburg's largest park Slottsskogen and the Botanical Garden. Close to restaurant dense Mariaplan and Linné. Tram stop next to the house takes you to the city center. Two car spaces are included in the rent, more are available to rent if desired.

Visit the amazing art exhibition Sculpture in Pilane, about 5 km by car or 4 km walk. Hike along the coast or visit cozy Björholmen or Skärhamn. Good location for those who want to fish trout or why not to lobster fishing.
