Our home is just 1.5 miles from the Oceano dunes and beach, 3 miles from the iconic Pismo Pier, and a few blocks from some of the best Mexican restaurants in the county! Close to Pismo Beach Outlets and a variety of grocery stores. Our neighborhood is quiet, safe, peaceful. Only a quick drive to downtown Arroyo Grande and an easy 25 minute drive to downtown SLO and Cal Poly.

1/2 block from beach, upstairs bungalow, clean, furnished and open floor plan, great room, deck, dining and livingroom, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed/ black out curtains, 50" Flatscreen with good wifi, Roku,large deck for sunning, bird watching. Wildland-urban interface local. We've seen raccoons, a coyote, swallows nest in spring and sometimes spiders make webs outside. We are right where urban and wildland meet. Walking to the beach is a just a short stroll down a windy little road filled with cool beach vibes. Cross a little wooden bridge and walk down a block or two and you are right in front of the Oceano dunes. Plan a bonfire and make s’mores on the beach. Or better yet, stay at the little cottage, grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a fire pit right outside your bedroom door.

This studio apartment is in a triplex less than one mile from the beach located in an older neighborhood of single and multifamily homes walking distance to Grand Avenue shops, restaurants and the beach. There is a private deck with distant ocean/sunset views, a full kitchen/bath, off street parking. Apt. features twin beds, free wifi, but no TV. Beautiful private studio close to the dunes. There are two full sized built in bunks, along with a couch. The half kitchen has a sink, counter, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, electric kettle, and filtered water. The bathroom has a tiled shower (no tub) and full sized vanity with full length mirror. There is free great WiFi, and free basic Hulu streaming. Propane BBQ available upon request.
