The house is amazing, even better than in the photos! The staff is very kind and considerate. Jaccuzi is a real plus. Despite the surrounding nature, we had a very peaceful night. Thank you again, we will come back without hesitation!

Gorgeous place. The cottage is equipped with everything you need and so beautifully done. So warm and comfortable. The view is spectacular and the hot tub sublime. We had the loveliest, most romantic time. We’d love to come again.

Aerie retreat is a perfect little piece of nature- stunning views, private, peaceful and romantic. The house is cosy and well stocked to cook meals. The hot tub and deck are gorgeous, even in the rain. We saw seals, in the channel, and wallabies and possums on the property. The stairs to the water are steep but worth exploring. The tinderbox forest walk is fantastic and nearby Blackmans Bay is also charming. Would return in a heartbeat.

We stayed at FivePendrell and Eva was a fantastic host. Great communication - always responded to messages promptly, the home exceeded our expectations, a very clean, modern and comfortable space, well appointed, great location situated in a lovely bush backdrop with incredible views. Loved the extra touch of freshly baked banana bread waiting for us when we arrived and all the tea and coffee selections. My only complaint is that I wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend this home and host. Thanks Eva!

We spent 3 nights in the accommodation and were more than satisfied. From the beginning, we were warmly welcomed and communication was also super easy during the stay by mobile phone. The view was beautiful and the room was clean. The food from your own restaurant is also highly recommended and the room service is super fast. All in all, a perfect stay. Always happy to come back!

one word: AMAZING! our experience was the best!! From the service, to the pool, the communication, to the room! Everything exceeded our expectations. The food they offer is amazing. They are situated a bit far from the center, but it makes for a quiet and tranquil experience. The view of the room is stunning!!! Indri was great and very responsive! I would need anything i would just text on whats app and she would answer right away and bring what we need to the room. 1000% recommend

This Villa is absolutely lovely and in a beautiful setting. Having Redi & Kadek to cook for us was a real bonus, as was the 20 metre horizon pool! If you are not into reading or games, however, you will need to do some research on things to see and do in the North. We took tours to enjoy the natural beauty of the Aling Aling falls & the surrounding jungle. These falls are not surrounded by tourist stuff, which is refreshing! We also had a great day snorkeling on Menjangan Island. There is also yoga at the Zen Resort next door and the Bora Bora Restaurant nearby is very good.

Booked the villa after seeing reviews from other solo female travelers and I wanted to share that I had a great experience! Putu and the whole team are so kind and responsive. I flew in at night and they helped arrange transport and a late check-in. I always felt safe at the villa and there were tons of spas and restaurants within walking distance. It’s a great choice if you want to be in the heart of Ubud but still want something quiet and peaceful to come home to. Also it is located down a small alley but I came home alone after dark like 11PM twice and it was completely safe.

This is a wonderful place to relax and spend quality time with friends and family. I hosted my daughter’s dedication here, and I can confidently say that the host and staff were extremely accommodating and attentive to all our needs. If you’re looking for a place to stay or hold a special gathering, I highly recommend this venue. The entire experience was smooth, welcoming, and truly memorable.

We stayed for a full week and used the house as a base to explore Nelson and surrounds, Havelock (where we took a boat into the Sounds and Blenheim / wineries. After a day exploring, and some days when we didn’t leave the house, we lapped up the views and quiet time - card games, reading, cooking, drinking great NZ wine. The sauna and wood fired hot tub was amazing especially when the skies were clear. The views are spectacular! The drive up the hill is as described (terrifying in the wild wind and rain we had!). Make sure you book a 4WD or an all wheel drive as NZ weather is famously unpredictable. Great hosts who thought of all the small touches and were super responsive.

if i could give the Airbnb 10/10 stars i would…it is literally heaven not only does it have an amazing beachfront view but the staff here are just angels they made sure our stay was amazing with cleaning the rooms / replacing towels whenever we needed, to providing an amazing breakfast every morning no matter what time we were getting up ( there was even one time we had to get up at 4 am ) our driver assigned to us by wayan was agus and agus was one of the main reasons our stay was incredible not only did he drive us wherever we wanted no matter how far but also helped plan some of our days by recommending many restaurants and places to go for entertainment. he also made sure to walk us in any establishment to make sure we got our tickets if it was something for entertainment or making sure we got in fine if we were going to eat overall this was an unforgettable place and i would recommend anyone who is coming to bali to stay here it’s worth every penny you’ll spend

Came for a switch off reading week and the property was absolutely perfect for exactly that. So many spots (couches, day bed, hammock, outdoor seating) to relax and read with the sounds and sights of birds and nature around. The kitchen was big and had everything we needed to cook. The fire kept us toasty in winter weather. Justine kindly gave us a heads up about an early morning moon set that we’d be able to see from the property which created a memorable 6am experience for us to cherish. Drove to the nearby National Park and did a hike down to Blowhole Beach which was lovely with incredible views, although prepare to be tired on the way back up!! Thanks so much for having us Justine, your property is special!

It was a dream stay. Write from check-in till check out it was one of the best time we spent. The staff is extremely attentive and will try their best to go above and beyond. 10/10 will visit again

We loved our stay at Tia hut! The hut was quiet and private, and had beautiful views. It was warm inside and the fireplace was great for the evenings. It had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Emma was easy to communicate with and fast to respond to messages. Thanks Emma!

Perfect spot to unplug and unwind if you want to disconnect from everything for a few days. Lots of homely touches to make you feel cosy and welcome. Extra wool blankets were handy in winter as it was cool overnight (no curtains downstairs and huge beautiful windows). We were very energy conscious due to it being off-grid so didn’t run the heater overnight but needed it in the mornings to warm up again. Birdsong was amazing in the mornings. Comfy beds, cosy lounge furniture, loved the rustic kitchen bench and bathroom vanity. Enjoyed morning walks along the short bush walk loop which is very accessible and even has signage of what native trees you’re looking at as you walk. Lovely diversity on this wee walk and peeks of surrounding hills and farmland at different points then back into the bush kept it interesting. Friendly curious cows if you go for a farm wander. Farm is picturesque and so peaceful I could’ve stayed here for longer but was grateful to have 4 nights not just a weekend!

This was the perfect jump off spot to the national park. Jeff’s house was a wonderful space with attention to detail that made us feel at home. A long soak in the outdoor tub was perfect after exploring all day and the kitchen well appointed.

This place is a must stay! The bath outside under the stars is incredible, the quiet peaceful location is just what you need for an escape. Robyn and Dan were excellent hosts, quick to respond, had lots of local recommendations, and they made us feel very welcome. The house was very clean, had every amenity we needed, the softest bathrobes, and the welcome champagne paired nicely with a bath under the stars. This stay was the start of our anniversary trip around New Zealand and it was the perfect start to our trip!

Absolutely loved staying at the Sunset Cabin! Jody and Barny are excellent hosts and their attention to detail is second to none. If you love a beautiful landscape and being close to nature at the same time as having the comforts of a luxury cabin, we can’t recommend this place enough! Can’t wait to be back!
