Tommy and Janet were very responsive! They were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend special. The house was a wonderful experience!

second time staying here and it was better than i remembered. the house itself is incredible.. huge kitchen island for entertaining, immaculate bedrooms, and that back window wall is just spectacular. 10/10 vibes, love this place!

Beautiful home within walking distance to everything you need, especially the beach and restaurants. Clean home with cozy feel. My son never wanted to leave the beautiful pool at the property. Would recommended to families!!

This was an awesome location and the pics doesn't do it justice. Steps to the beach with plenty of food options in the area. The split floors are perfect for family/group trip, especially with children.

We stayed here a week ago and are still talking bout the awesome time we had. Beautiful home, easy walk to the beach and shops. Hosts were extremely nice, friendly, helpful and communicative. Would love to stay there again and are referring anyone who asks for a wonderful quiet getaway to this place. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

The property is ideal for family gatherings. It is very well equipped if you wish to make meals. The large living room is well arranged for group conversations, even close enough to the kitchen to includ those working in the kitchen. My wife and I were there with our Navy son, our two daughters and our son in law. We had a grand time reminiscing and sharing individual updates well into the night. The baths were well equipped, including very fluffy towels. The beds were comfortable with quality linens. Everything was spotlessly clean. Betty was very responsive and helpful, and was quick to respond to information requests. If you are looking for a spacious and comfortable, clean place to stay in Norfolk, I recommend Bay Dream Cottage.

This place was perfect for the kids and parents and grandparents. We enjoyed our stay here walking distance to the beach was perfection. It was so peaceful, clean and spacious. We enjoyed the downstairs yard & patio area. We didn’t get to use the bbq grill but next time we stay here we will. Beautiful home. Thank you

This place is so amazing from the way its decorated to how clean everything is in every room..it has anything and everything you would need for the beach or in the beach house and a quiet neighborhood i will definitely be staying here again 😊

The host was so kind and made sure we had a comfortable stay! The AC ended up not working due to an accidental mishap when she was working on her yard! She was able to get the AC fixed as we arrived to the Air BNB and we had the coolest room ever ( which we love) especially on a hot day! We are thankful for the time she took to get that done ASAP! She also had a wonderful cute cottage with all that you’d need for a short stay! It was equipped with great dishes and all the things you’d need for a perfect stay in a home :) it was extremely clean and decorated nicely for your small family! It also has a beautiful back yard oasis to sit out and relax or go for a swim :) you won’t want to miss this Airbnb!! Located near the beach and a great park and walking paths for you kiddos!! All you need nearby just a short walk away!! It was a great getaway for the weekend with a very kind host who is always there to help if needed :)

Denise is so sweet, she packed the kitchen with water, coffee, fruit and snacks. She even messaged me to check on me when I was out late, knowing that I traveled there alone. I felt so cared for and would recommend and use her location again. Hopefully Soon, Thanks for everything❣️

This rental property was the ideal spot for our family reunion of 16, ages 8 to 78. This was one of the most well-equipped properties we have stayed at. We have stayed at several rental properties in Sandbridge Beach, VA in previous years, and this is our favorite. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with essentials (coffee, sugar, creamers, paper towels, toilet paper, regular and beach towels, etc.) The kids loved the game room and outdoor pool. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong room. Two big dining tables easily accommodated our group size (8 adults at one and 8 kids at the other). The beds and pillows were all comfortable. Amy, the Operations Manager, was most helpful and very responsive to any of our questions. We plan to return to this property sometime in the future. Definitely a 5-star experience for everyone in our family.

Tiffany’s place was the perfect stay for our family! There was a glider/rocking chair in the bunk room that really came in handy for our little ones. The location was perfect - at the end of a cul de sac - and everything was just as it was advertised. Tiffany was extremely helpful and responsive. You get a lot of bang for your buck with this rental!

Christine was a great host. She is very flexible, reasonable and considerate. She responds very promptly. If you need anything, just ask her. She will do her best to accommodate. Her place was perfect for short stays (3-4 nights). It was very hard to find a two bedroom unit with three beds and two baths in Virginia Beach. It was perfect for us as we had two teenage boys. The condo is on the 3rd floor and extremely quiet to our liking. In fact, if you are thinking of partying here, it is not for you. The property enforces quiet rule after 10pm. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. So are the pillows. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a bath tub. The second bathroom on the hallway is with a shower stall. The unit has 4 beach chairs and one small umbrella, beach bag with beach matt. The kitchen had a brita filter and a great coffee maker with Lavazza coffee. The unit has a small washer and a drier too. We will be back next year for sure.

My friends and I came from out of state on a girls trip and thought this place would be perfect for us! It was amazing you could walk a few feet from the house and there was beach access, and a 9 minute walk to a beautiful beach! We ended up going to OceanView Diner for our last breakfast and would definitely recommend it!

Exactly as advertised! Nice home in a great location near the beach. Francisco was very responsive, seemed like he replied immediately every time I reached out. Home was clean, quiet, and ideal for my short stay. Enough space for a small family or a few friends visiting the area. Would absolutely consider this home on my next visit to Norfolk!

Michelle’s place was a good location, close to the ocean and Norfolk. It’s an older home so if you are looking for new and shiny this is not for you. However, it was perfect for a beach weekend with a nice big deck, lots of hot water, comfortable beds and some card and board games too. Michelle and her husband very responsive and accommodating- we had a long drive from home and they allowed us to enter a bit earlier than check in time. Overall, it was a wonderful weekend at the beach with family.

We really enjoyed our stay. Hosts are responsive and helpful. Home is clean, comfortable, and had nice amenities. We liked the beachy decor and felt very at home. Neighborhood is peaceful and the property has good privacy. We would definitely stay again- many thanks!
