Loved our stay in this townhouse. We would stay here again. It was clean and roomy for our family of 4. We enjoyed all the amenities the townhouse, community, clubhouse and location had to offer !

This place was beautiful, only a couple minute walk to the beach! Nadiia was an amazing host as well, always replied very fast if I had any questions! Perfect place for a peaceful vacation.

We were fortunate during our particular weekend that OC was not very busy in general. There were no other neighbors present in the other units in the buidling which made it very quiet. No other neighbors also meant we had the deck to ourselves. When it was not raining, the deck view of the ocean was beautiful. The walk to the beach was quick. Anna and Patrick were very accessible, responsive, and kind. It was perfect for our plans and needs.

We had a great time at cape oar! Perfect location to walk to Washington Mall and the beaches but tucked away in a quiet section of the street. The place was actually bigger than I was expecting and the outdoor space was great to have!

This home was everything I hoped for clean, spacious, and beautifully set up for a relaxing beach getaway. Robin was an amazing host and made the check-in process super easy. The location was perfect, close to everything, and the home had all the comforts I needed. I especially loved the bright, open layout and peaceful vibe. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Was an adorable place! It was perfect for the weekend away! It was within walking dostance of the beach and boardwalk. Matthew was amazing with his instructions on how to locate the home. He was very quick to respond and extremely kind. Highly recommend this place!

We had an amazing time staying at this Airbnb in Rehoboth Beach! The place is truly a GEM; it was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. Check-in was smooth, the host was super responsive and helpful with local tips, and the home felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. Would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Rehoboth and we hope to return soon!

Cozy condo & very clean. Beautiful view. Saw two dolphins! Cocoanuts restaurant is a 2 min walk if you want a quick meal after a long drive arriving. Most restaurants are a short drive 1-5 minutes including the boardwalk. If you Uber they arrived within 1 minute at our condo. Patrick was very responsive as we had a language issue with the TV and he stayed up late to resolve it which was very appreciated. He responded within minutes at a late hour. Elevator access to 5th floor. Very large comfortable bed with good AC. Two beach chairs provided & a fully stocked coffee bar. Comfortable living area. Can beat hearing the waves at night from the balcony. Overall great stay and would stay again!

This was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The place was IMMACULATE. Nice modern furnishings and decor. Everything was incredibly clean, shiny, and pristine, yet still warm and cozy. I felt safe and secure because it is on the first floor, and it’s very quick and easy to access once you park. The neighbors were friendly and the area is very clean and quiet. I never actually spoke with the host because I didn’t need to ask for anything. It was a completely seamless experience. If I had to mention one downside, I’d say it’s a bit on the pricier side, even with the discounted rate I seemed to receive. But that might just be because I chose to pay for the entire two-night trip on my own. In the end, I would stay here again a hundred times over. I’m glad there are hosts and property owners who actually take care of their listings. 10/10. I would absolutely recommend it.

We were coming to spend time in Rohoboth Beach, and it was such a short drive (10-15 min) and very easy to travel back and forth to this apartment in Lewes. Perfect for our family, very homey. We especially loved the porch with a hammock, and the bed in the primary suite was super comfortable. Would come again!

Catherine's place was great for our family and young son. The location is tremendous and there are great views just eating breakfast and sipping morning coffee. The place itself is well stocked and has a very efficient layout (pocket doors) for the space. Catherine was super responsive and understanding, we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay and loved the short walk to the beach! Brian communicated very well and accommodated an early and late check in for us! Would stay here again.

Rich & Fil’s place was the PERFECT spot for me, my husband, 2mo old, and our dog. The space was extremely clean and very comfortable. They had a ton of nice touches that made it exceptionally welcoming - our pup particularly enjoyed the dog biscuits. Separately from the space, Rich & Fil were very communicative, friendly, and hospitable. Don’t wait to book this gem!

We really enjoyed our stay! Comfortable beds and more spacious than I anticipated. Plenty of room for me and my family. Full kitchen to cook some of our own meals. We enjoyed time at both Rehoboth and Cape Henlopen. We didn’t get to check out the pool, but if we come back when it’s warmer, we definitely will! Overall, I felt it was a good value… Yes, you have to drive 10 mins to the beach, but it’s not far at all and it’s right by all the shopping -With tons of good places to eat.

Pleasant surroundings, nice quiet location with lovely view. The well equipped kitchen went mostly unused due to myriad eateries within walking distance. Parked our vehicle and chose not to, and never needed to use it during our stay. Oh, and if you're into turtles the Turtle Bridge is aptly named. Good experience overall, would happily stay again.

We had such a perfect stay at Joanna’s beach Airbnb! The place was spotless, quiet, and exactly what we were looking for. The beach was absolutely beautiful and just steps away and never crowded. Joanna was amazing to communicate with—super fast at responding and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We had a very nice stay at Fabiola’s rental property. The apartment has a modern interior with all what is needed to feel almost at home. My kids were so pleased with their room. The area is very quiet and just a few miles away (~15 min by car) from Ocean City in MD/Bethany Beach in DE. Very happy with this choice!

We had a wonderful stay at Camila's condo! This was our second time staying at Cedar Shore Condos but our first time in Camila's specific unit. Camila's condo offered a better location, view, interior finishes, and included amenities than our first condo and we loved our time there. I particularly appreciated the binoculars provided as I was able to use them to watch the dolphins swimming in the bay (note: the dolphins tend to come at high tide for those who hope to see them!). My daughter loved catching hermit crabs on the beach at low tide and both my kids enjoyed the pool and numerous floats available for use. We really enjoy the serenity of this location; it's incredibly peaceful and offers stunning sunsets. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful condo! The space was spotless, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport. The host was very responsive and made check-in and check-out seamless. We had a great time at Seth’s place. The location was perfect, quiet but still plenty to do. Easy beach access and clear directions for everything. Watched dolphins from the balcony and loved hearing the waves.
