Hector maintained excellent communication and answered every question I asked him without problems. He was also very kind to let me have a momentary visit for my work. I had everything I needed, the place was very quiet to rest. 100% recommended.

The place was cute and comfy. I would definitely return back. The neighborhood was quiet and the space was as private. Abdiel was super quick to respond and friendly.

Hey! Had a great time here. It was nice and the place had everything you needed on site. It was a little far for my taste but beyond that it was great experience.

We had a great stay overall — the place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The owner was quick to respond when we had an issue with the AC leaking, which we really appreciated. The only downside was the check-in experience. The listed phone number was incorrect, making it more difficult to get in touch than necessary. A more proactive approach or updated contact info would have made arrival smoother for our group. Otherwise, everything was great and we’d still recommend the stay!

My friends and I were visiting for a concert and Alex & Diana's house was perfect! location was nearby to major nightlife places and everything was a short Uber ride. We found amazing places walking distance from the home. Definitely recommend staying in their lovely home.

Incredibly kind and helpful host! She really went out of her way to help us out with an issue with important packages we had sent to the place, allowed us to check-out late & early as needed, and even had some waters & yogurts in the fridge for us when we arrived. The house is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Plenty of towels, goggles for the beach, a beach bag, and she even came to lend us an umbrella when we got some heavy rainfall. The place is walking distance to the beach & Calle Loiza with lots of great restaurants & cafes nearby; we felt safe but be careful walking alone late at night. We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything about Evelyns listing was great, she was very responsive and friendly. She gave lost of recommendations for the area and things to do, and anything we needed she was quick to help, and everything was clean and felt homey and the neiborhood was quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip!!

Juan was super responsive and very accomodating. I had to change the dates to my trip last minute and he quickly updated the request. I loved the place. I had everything I needed. I felt safe the place was very clean. If I do ever go back to Puerto Rico again, I will look to stay at Juan's place.

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

We had a wonderful stay at Sonia’s Airbnb! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated, and as described in the listing. It had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like a true home away from home. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The kitchen had all the essentials. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space, like the cozy lighting, quality linens, and little extras that showed real attention to detail. The location was ideal conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood that offered quiet and relaxation at the end of the day. It was the perfect balance of accessibility and tranquility. Sonia was a fantastic host, communicative, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions. She clearly cares about her guests’ experience and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. I absolutely recommend.

At first it was really hard to find the place. Took a cab to the address Namil sent me & got taken 5 minutes away from the home, it was hard to get another uber and get the correct address. Otherwise the house was amazing, just like the photos, spacious and clean. I love that the house is built for a family with kids. The pool has a side for the smaller children and a side for the bigger ones. Great place thank you

Kelvin Joel’s place was amazing!!! I definitely recommend staying here. The pool was amazing, especially at night with the lights. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly. You’re near all different types of restaurants,cafes etc. Everything felt just like home, do stay!!!!!! :)

The Airbnb is cozy- small but functional with AC and proper kitchen appliances. Shower and kitchen have hot water & there are plenty of outlets. The real selling point is its great location in Santurce, centered right between the main tourist areas of San Juan (Old San Juan/Condado to the west and Isla Verde to the east). Lots of trendy options for dinner and drinks within walking distance on Calle Loiza with even more options within a quick drive (less than 5 minutes) to Condado or Isla Verde. Also easy highway access for those looking to explore the island beyond the San Juan metro (IE - going to El Yunque, Luquillo or Vieques/Culebra). There's also a Walgreens about 2 minutes' walk from the front door for any emergency sun block (or post emergency aloe gel, lol). Beaches can be accessed with a little walking (10 to 15 minutes) off Calle McLeary, but Ocean Park Beach is a short drive and well worth visiting as it doesn't have hotel guests crowding it like Condado/Isla Verde. 10/10!

Jen’s place was in a great location. The floor’s wee beautiful and she had extra linens and pillows which we loved. The linens were fresh and clean. She provided beach chairs. The balcony was a vibe. Not much of a view but fresh air is always key. There was an upscale restaurant located downstairs and plenty of stores/ eateries to enjoy nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

Jose's place was nice, the bed was probably the highlight of it. Big enough for two people to sleep comfortably with extra room. Small apartment but good enough for a 3 night stay. The AC be BUMPING!! which is great, but could've used another thicker blanket. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and the beach. Pharmacy on the corner very convenient for anything you might need. A little noisy but overall 8.5/10! Enjoyed my stay.

I had a great stay at this place. Terrence was very welcoming and responsive to any questions. Accommodation is comfortable and convenient. The pool is great and very nice. The place is a little out of the way but the neighborhood is very quiet and safe, taking uber to get around is simple and remains accessible. Thank you again for your hospitality. I had a great stay and will be happy to come back!

Miguel's place felt just like home. It was cozy and clean. Big plus was that there were AC's in the bedroom and we slept comfortably. The rest of the home had plenty of fans to keep us cool. Loved the breeze on both balconies on each side of the home. Supermarket and restaurants were within walking distance. Very close (10 min) to the airport! I could go on but it would just be too long. Experience it for yourself. Miguel was always avl for any questions. You will not regret it!
