We had a wonderful week. A perfect location steps from a pristine beach. Maribel was a wonderful host! We look forward to returning again in the future.

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

The place was great! We loved everything about it. The flair, the location, the convenience, the space, the restaurants near by ….all of it. We just got home and my daughter said, she would like to go back…not necessarily Puerto Rico (of course that too) but she specifically said the Airbnb :)

This stay was everything we expected and as advertised. Rosa was lovely and very responsive and thorough. Willing to help in anyway needed. Just an awesome stay

So peaceful and extremely convenient location to walk around. The garden is gorgeous and the decor was breathtaking!

This place had a amazing view very convenient for what ever you would like to do in the area everything was clean check in was fast and easy i definitely recommend this location

It is a true one bed one bath apartment. but with the ammendities that come along with the unit (beach & pool access), assigned parking. the views. Also the walkability to nearby restaurants, bars. stores made it an enjoyable stay.

This was the perfect Airbnb for my 4 day vacation to Punta Cana! The condo was located in the most perfect area; it was quiet, clean, and right in the middle of town so everything was walking distance. Katrina was very informative so I had zero questions throughout my whole stay! I'd definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

My stay at this Airbnb was a solid 10/10. From the moment I arrived everything exceeded my expectations. The check in process was smooth with no issues. The apartment was super clean comfortable and very well styled. The kitchen was fully equipped with all you need to chef it up. The living room was cozy with a nice balcony to sit and enjoy the weather. The bedroom was favorite by far the bed literally felt like you were sleeping on a cloud I need the name of the mattress topper it’s a must have. The bathroom was super clean great pressure with hot and cold water and came with many extra toiletries that one might forget when traveling. The location was great just a block away from the beach many local restaurants a food mart cvs even a Burger King lol. The building was very quiet safe and secure with security on the premises. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back on my next trip to Puerto Rico. Thank you for a great experience.

Location was perfect we used the parking lot next door very convenient comfy bed and had everything we needed

Wow the Condo is beautiful beachfront views the place is very well setup with pretty much everything you need. Great location not far from old San Juan. All restaurants around are delicious no need to rent a car nor anything for beach Milly has everything you need 4 types of coolers beach towels chairs and umbrella. Her kitchen is stocked with some of your essentials bathroom is fully stocked. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need Milly shows you where everything is and how to plug into generator if needed we didn't need it. The views are breathtaking waiting sunrises and sunsets from your bed is everything locals and other traveling guests are friendly. Great drinks all-round 2 bars with kitchen right outside of pool before beach. Beach is directly in front 8 steps away. We will definitely be back again soon. If you book don't let the outside of building scare you it's in desperate need of attention but the Condo inside is hands down beautiful you will enjoy stay.

Great place to stay for your trip in PR. Close to all the great spots and Pat left great recommendations to try as well. She was very responsive, the space was clean and views were amazing!

Had a great stay at Paul and Carmen’s Isla Verde condo. They provided great information for our stay as well as had all the beach/pool items to make our stay hassle free. Puerto Rico stole our hearts. Can’t wait to return!

This was my fourth time in Puerto Rico, first time on my own. Lynne was among the best hosts I had. She proactively (few days prior to my booking) reached out with clear instructions on how I can check in and asking me whether I need anything specific. Her place is perfect for a 1-2 people getaway, 2 minutes away from the beach and very close to local restaurants as well as convenient stores. The place was super quiet, clean and cozy. I totally recommend Lynne’s place and I look forward to visiting again!

During our stay, there was an unexpected island-wide blackout, but Shemi and Cesar were amazing—so helpful, proactive, and on top of the situation. Their communication and care made us feel really well taken care of, even in an unpredictable moment. It’s clear how much heart has gone into creating this space, and we’re so grateful for the experience. We’d love to come back again someday!

Was the perfect location for me and my son. Parking was my biggest worry and i had no problem finding a spot every time we came back. The unit was clean and very comfortable we traveled to manati a few times to visit family and the drive really wasn’t to bad. And the days we didn’t travel there was plenty of things to do within walking distance Will definitely be rebooking again. Thank you Demi & Andrel for being such great hosts

This AirBnB was perfect. First, the location is amazing! It's steps from the beach in a gated community (we felt very safe) and the beach is just wonderful. Lots to do within the neighborhood and it's all very walkable. The studio is very comfortable for two people and includes linens, beach towels, an umbrella, beach chairs, and full kitchen - all the necessities for your stay! Very easy and straightforward check-in/check-out. Naomi was also a wonderful host! She let us know that the place was cleaned and ready early so we could check in ahead of our scheduled time! She was also very responsive and was checking in on us throughout our stay to make sure that we had everything we needed. We 100% recommend this AirBnb! Also, if you love cats there are a few kitties that hang around the house and neighborhood :)

I had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The place was not only super clean but also adorably cute with all the little details that made it feel like home. It was super kid-friendly, which was a total win for our little family. The location? Perfect! Close to everything we wanted to see/do, yet still quiet and peaceful. If you're looking for a cozy, convenient spot that’s perfect for families, this place is a total gem! Also, Adrienne kept us updated throughout the power outage, and thanks to the property's generator, I didn’t even noticed it happened.

The home was beautifully decorated & clean & is located in the center of everything. Nothing was too far & alot of great walkable restaurants near by. Also had parking right in front! Colton was a great host. Super responsive & provided us with recommendations. Colton was able to accommodate and provide whatever else was needed when asked for! Thank you so much! Although they were not in person to receive us, I felt as if they had been there. I chose this place at the last minute and it was one of the best experiences. The place is beautiful, cozy. Near a beautiful beach that we went not only during the day but also at night. A safe and private place. Excellent communication and 100% service. Kathleen and Hector’s home was absolutely wonderful — spacious, clean, and in a great location. They were extremely accommodating and communicative throughout our stay, making everything easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future.
