Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ocean Park, Santurce

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Erin!

Hector is the best host ever! I stayed at his place for my birthday trip, and he truly went above and beyond for me. He's very responsive, and his place is close to everything you need. The instructions were super easy to follow, which made my first airbnb experience smooth and stress-free. The space felt cozy, safe, and full of good energy the whole time. I can't wait to come back!!

Just a perfect Airbnb, super safe, bigger than how it looks in the picture, and it was just perfect!

My friends and I were visiting for a concert and Alex & Diana's house was perfect! location was nearby to major nightlife places and everything was a short Uber ride. We found amazing places walking distance from the home. Definitely recommend staying in their lovely home.

Dishmey was easily the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had. Where do I start, he was extremely proactive before I even started my stay…checking-in and asking if there was anything I needed ahead of time. When the time for our trip arrived, it was a breeze. The instructions were incredibly clear and made for and efficient check-in time. Once at the space, I immediately remarked how clean it was. We often wipe down everything and utilize our own disposable towels and sheets. But, as we wiped things down, there was no dirt detected. While there, there was a blackout. However, we didn’t have to worry because Dishmey’s property is solar powered and was one of few houses in the gated community that still had power in spit of the outage. In addition, it was the little touches like the beach chairs and water in the fridge that made for a great stay. I’d gladly stay in one of Dishmey’s listings again. Thank you again for the warm, Puerto Rican hospitality.

Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive, friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommend and made check-in easy. Can’t wait to come back :)

The pictures depict the apt very well. The roof top lounge was legit great. Late night sip and chill was the best. I wish I knew other people in PR as I would have hosted them in what felt like my own private rooftop bar. The AC units blew ice cold AIR. Don't get me started on the bed, so comfortable. It's a Casper if anyone wants to know. Legit comfy. We loved the area but like so many cities guest should research what to expect. This is nightlife Loiza with some authenticity not prim and proper Condado.

Oscar was so great. He was super helpful in getting us set up in a rental car, and went above and beyond the call of duty to make it happen quickly and painlessly for us. He was super responsive and had great recommendations for things to do locally. Very knowledgeable and relaxed and friendly. Oscar is crushing it. Muchisimas gracias!

Maria place was just like the pictures, she gave me all the information and instructions I needed to do and I did everything exactly like she told me, me and my friends where comfortable with the place and area, and it’s close to everything, everything was no more then 15 min, and let’s not forget the bars Walgreens etc was walking distance I love the stay and would stay again❗️

Excellent stay. Owner very responsive. Price very reasonable for what you get. Condo was clean and well-equipped. There were beach towels and a couple beach chairs. There was a combo microwave and oven. Plenty of utensils. Washer and dryer was nice to have in the condo. AC worked very well. With the Puerto Rican heat, it was really nice to get inside a very cool condo. Location is really good. Lots of good restaurants within walkable distance. There is a supermarket a couple blocks away so you can stock up the kitchen fridge. I would definitely stay here again if I were to rent an Airbnb in PR. It’s really nice to stay in the Condado area. Owners were very responsive.

This Airbnb was great, perfect location, good amenities, very comfortable, it had everything we needed, easy access to the beach, it had chairs and umbrella for the beach. Johayra was an amazing host.

We had the chance to stay at Arenas's studio apartment on our first trip to PR! Our flight was late at night so we appreciated the straight forward check in process. The apartment was very clean and had some amenities to make our stay cozy! The AC was also a treat to welcome us whenever we came back to home base. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable!!! If you love the beach, this is the best place! We loved that there were so many restaurants within walking distance; it was hard to choose!. We were easily able to Uber into Old San Juan and some excursions near El Yunque. The outdoor patio was perfect for drinking coffee, a beer and playing cribbage. We are hoping to visit this lovely country again soon!

My husband and I had an amazing week long stay at this apartment in San Juan. Ocean Park Beach is literally a five minute walk- it’s a quieter low key beach which was perfect for us. There are a few walking distance restaurants which are good- Bistro was definitely a highlight. Host provides a list of recommendations, you have to check these out. Getting in and out of Old San Juan was a breeze with Uber, about a 15 min drive. AC units work very well. The host was super responsive and proactive in getting in touch with us. Additionally, he was very flexible with check in and outs when available, which anyone can appreciate. Absolutely no complaints!

I encountered a minor security issue during check-in, but it was resolved quickly and without hassle. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with a breathtaking balcony view of the ocean that was definitely the highlight of my stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the appliances were top-notch, allowing for a seamless cooking experience. While it's clear that the building could use some remodeling, I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a beachfront view with the added convenience of being just a 6-minute drive from the airport. Do keep in mind that the area can be a bit noisy due to its vibrancy, with plenty of restaurants and stores within a mile radius. If you’re looking to save some money and prepare meals in your room, this kitchen is perfect for whipping up a five-star meal right at your convenience. I also recommend visiting Pueblo grocery, which has everything you need and is open 24 hours. Without a doubt, I would return to this A

Literetly the perfect location, very central with access to the Beach, stores, restaurants all within walking distance. They have everything you might need for your stay including 2 beach chairs, an ice chest cooler, sunscreen, bug spray, beach bag and beach towels. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, even some hair products you literetly only need to bring your clothes. My sister and I loved our stay, would definitely recommend. They were also very kind to accommodate a different check in and check out time for us since flights arrived earlier and left later.

Had such a great stay here! The location is perfect and safe for a solo traveler. There are tons of restaurants literally on the same block, which made grabbing food super easy. The beach is just a quick 5-minute walk. Loved the extra security with the building/ elevator key. Appreciated that the host let me check in early! One thing I really loved was that tours pick you up right across the street at the AC Hotel. It was super convenient and saved a ton of hassle. The bed was really comfy, AC worked great, and the place had a nice vibe overall. I especially liked hanging out on the balcony, and the bathroom amenities were a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Beatrice’s Airbnb for our honeymoon. It was exactly as described and looked just like the photos. It is in a great location. There are many great food spots near. Some days we didn’t have to uber anywhere at all, just walked to different restaurants. It is a cheap uber drive away from San Juan and Old San Juan. I would recommend this place and definitely would stay here again. In the kitchen were dishes, silverware, along with pots and pans if we were to cook. The view is amazing. There is a clear view of the ocean just as the picture shows. Beatrice provides a list of local recommendations which was very helpful. She is also very responsive. The power went out once during our 8 day stay for only 2 hours. She reassured us that it was the entire building and that it would be back up shortly. Overall, 5/5 ⭐️!

Great location. Had a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates for our anniversary! Kitchen was fully stocked. Even though the pool was under construction, the beach is steps away. Lots of beach goodies to be used.

This space was a good area close to Condado beach a very short walk, the lagoon was beautiful. The restaurants near by were more tourist and not authentic I would recommend other places to eat around the area instead the places were really expensive. We had no issues with parking except one night but a neighbor helped us out The only issue we ran into was learning to use the buzzer and when leaving having to come down open the gate and then go back up to put the gate key and all back inside, overall it’s a cool place no issues

I was pleased to have the same experience as other reviewers. The condo was very clean and cute. Nice touch with plenty of water and snacks. It felt as if I were visiting a friend. Super cozy beds, which was nice since I don't sleep well. Lastly, I had a great experience with Mila being responsive with all our questions. I was happy with our stay.
