The Casa Sophia was a wonderful escape for me and my bestie and our kids. There was lots to do in the local areas and the kids loved the hot tub…so did we! Would highly recommend and will be back 🫶🏻

Really enjoyed our stay at Kelly’s in Duncan’s Mills—this place had it all! Beautiful scenic views right off the back balcony and easy river access, made us feel immersed in nature. Plenty to do with your own private dock, kayaks, bikes, hot tub, and nearby town/shops just a mile down the road. Would definitely recommend this spot for a relaxing and fun getaway. Kelly was also an excellent, responsive host and helped make our trip nice and smooth. Thank you!

Chad’s place is beautiful. We had a wonderful stay, and so did our doggy! Walking distance to the beach and you have a view of it from the balcony. Chad is very communicative and responsive. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful space, off the beaten path and fully immersed in a natural setting. The house is very comfortable, my family had our annual family reunion here. Both adults and children were satisfied, and for the most part stayed off their electronics because they were so immersed in outdoor activities. It felt very safe and really close to my favorite Occidental one street downtown. There are cute restaurants I usually love to go to, but the kitchen here was so good, it had everything we needed. I can say more, but I’m running out of characters. Thank you, Kelley and Rick. I hope I can duplicate this vacation again next year.

The home was beautiful, we truly enjoyed our time there. They say that pictures are worth a thousand words but pictures of the views from the multiple balconies are unable to capture how stunning they really are. The home was just as listed, clean and was the most stocked home we have visited. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas and made unforgettable memories.

My wife and I stayed here for our 5 year anniversary and I couldn't have found a better spot to get away to. It was such a cozy and peaceful location, and Aaron's home had everything we could ever need during our stay. The views were incredible, and the weather was fantastic. Aaron provided an extremely detailed guide to the area that helped us get a feel for where to go and what to do, and we hope to come back someday and stay again to experience more of the beauty of the surrounding area!

In a word - delightful! We very much enjoyed the back deck and patio with morning and afternoon sun, a relaxing yard with views of the river, osprey, swallows and even deer. The kitchen was very well equipped with high quality appliances/utensils/cookware/dishware etc for easy mealmaking. Playing records from Adam's collection was memorable & reminiscent. The beds were very comfortable - especially nice with french doors looking out to the back yard and riverscape. The location is easy distance from Monte Rio, Jenner and Guerneville, paddleboarding, beaching, hiking nearby plus nice to walk our dog Lexie in the extended neighborhood. Adam was a great host. We highly recommend Adam's delightful cottage retreat, and look forward to future stays!

This place and the view were as described. The view was absolutely beautiful to enjoy during the day and at night. It was just 2 of us and a toddler for one night, but it would be a great value for a larger group for a longer stay! The location was also fantastic.

Virginia and Rita’s place was absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect sanctuary for our stay in Napa with our family. Our baby and dog loved the backyard!

Private cabin, walkable to town and beach , close to so many trails and parks! We were looking for a place where we could have privacy but close to nature, with a place to eat in, as well as nice places to eat out if we choose to. This was perfect. The cabin is surrounded by redwoods, which made it perfect temperature even on warmest days.

Casa Relaxo is the perfect mountain getaway in the midst of wine country. We spent our days visiting vineyards and tasting wine and our nights barbecuing and enjoying the wines we had purchased during the day under the stars. The unit is a secluded, peaceful cabin that I hope I’ll have the good fortune to return to one day.

I went there with two of my kids when my wife and oldest was out of town. We want to go back when they’re in town. The only downside was both kids got bitten up by bugs. Next time I’ll bring more repellent

We really enjoyed our stay at the Happy House! The pool was large and fantastic, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was beautiful and very well stocked with everything we needed. The house was spotless, and the neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Both the garden and front yard were lovely, and the pool area was especially private thanks to the high fence. Brook was incredibly friendly, always checked in to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay, and promptly answered all our questions. She was very helpful throughout our visit. Highly recommend!

We had such a great time! The home was beautiful and we felt comfortable and at home. Instructions were fabulous and Jaysa was extremely friendly and accommodating. The river was great, however, we will wait next time for the dam to be released. Still had a lot of fun in the water and enjoyed ourselves immensely! Just a wonderful time and would love to go back!

This was my second stay at Ewa's cottage. She is a wonderful host. Perfect location. We had planned to eat at a number of restaurants but the Tap Room , which was about 2 miles away, was so good we kept returning for their specials. I highly recommend this listing and look foward to my next stay.

Nice unit. We did have some plumbing issues with the toilet but the front desk was able to assist. The AC unit also kept reseting itself to 75°. The air circulation is weird so it caused the unit to be extremely hot at night. Otherwise, the property was nice. Will definitely reserve again.

If you're looking for a quiet place to unwind and relax, we HIGHLY recommend Barrel Lounge. Whether you want to chill in the hot tub, lay in the pool, or lounge on the deck while grillin' out, this place has it all. Beyond the amenities, the hosts, Kathy and Jim are incredible. They were very accommodating, providing everything we could have needed. They are two of the most kind-hearted people. Every interaction with them was a delight. Top notch experience: 1000/100 as our son would say. Many thanks to Kathy and Jim for making our honeymoon one that we'll never forget.

Eliza's place was wonderful for us (two parents and a 4 month old baby) for a weekend - we had everything we needed and it was incredibly easy to check in and out. Eliza and her family were there and great to spend time with, but we also felt we had space to ourselves to rest and relax. We will hopefully be back!

This place is increíble! Hosts were friendly and proactive. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature and the view is unbeatable. The recommendations for hikes and restaurants were spot on. My husband and I had an amazing little getaway and we’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, gorgeous place to stay!

We came a second time to Fred’s river home oasis. Our kids love the grounds and the stream is so peaceful. Pool is delightfully warm and with a Forest view. Come here for a nature escape. We will be back!

I’ve been eyeing Cena and Roger’s place for well over a year and had tried to book another time when it wasn’t available. This year I finally was able to stay and I honestly didn’t want to leave. What a special, unbelievably delightful stay it was. I’m a huge nature nerd and the amount of flowers and greenery made it feel like Hawaii. Tropical paradise. Complete with birds and lizards flirting about. This trip I was in town mostly for Bottlerock but I ended up just lounging around most of my mornings, reading and slowly getting ready for the day. It was hard to leave to go out every day because the property is that peaceful and beautiful. I am so thankful I got to enjoy this stunning space and cannot wait to hopefully stay there again. Roger and Cena are lovely, sweet people. They’ve made this their own little slice of heaven, which they so graciously share with others. Fabulous experience. Thank you!

Great find in Sonoma! Well located with easy walks but in a peaceful neighborhood. Plenty of space for our four women on a girls’ trip!

We had an amazing stay at Mike’s place in Sebastopol! From the moment we arrived, it was clear this home was something special. The house is tucked away in a peaceful, secluded setting with stunning views of gardens, trees, and nature all around—total serenity. Inside, the space was a vibe. Tons of room to spread out, unique and stylish decor, and thoughtful touches throughout. One of our favorite features was the house manual, which wasn’t just informative—it included fascinating stories and history about the property that made the stay feel even more personal and memorable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the full bar setup (complete with signature cocktail ideas!) was such a fun bonus. Whether we were lounging indoors or enjoying the scenery outside, we felt completely at home. Mike was an exceptional host—super responsive, friendly, and helpful with anything we needed. Would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone!
