The hosts were amazing and friendly! They provided clear instructions how to get to the airbnb. The place itself is immaculate! Clean, modern and has an amazing view! Highly recommend to anyone!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Marlen und Jürgen haben sich immer wieder nach unserem Wohlbefinden informiert und waren sofort für Fragen erreichbar. Eine sehr gute Unterkunft mit schönem Ausblick. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Fantastische plek met heel mooi uitzicht. Heerlijk om vanuit hier gemakkelijk wandelingen te starten zonder eerst inde auto te hoeven. Prima keuken met alles wat we nodig hadden en meer…

Die Unterkunft war nett eingerichtet und hatte alles was man braucht inklusive Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Zudem war die Lage sehr angenehm, dadurch, dass es einerseits sehr ruhig war, aber man gleichzeitig gut zu Fuß ins Zentrum kam. Winny war sehr gut zu erreichen und sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht, dass alles gut abläuft.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung selbst ist wunderschön, die Lage ist perfekt um in die Natur und in die Stadt zu gelangen und die Wohnung war außerdem sehr sehr sauber. Wir haben uns besonders über die gute Ausstattung in der Küche und die Terasse mit Blick auf die Berge gefreut. Renate ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend und wir konnten unser Wochenende wunderbar genießen. Wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können - vielen lieben Dank!

Bettina is a kind and sincere lady who makes sure her guests are comfortably settled in. The amenities and provisions she provided exceeded our expectations like breakfast provisions, baking paper, butter, milk,etc. We are really thankful for that. The apartment is tastefully furnished and we love the balcony and terrace and the environment. Luckily, there was no construction works over the weekend when we were there. The only thing that I want to highlight is that the height of the toilet door from bedroom may be too low for some.

Appartamento molto carino in una zona residenziale tranquilla. Pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort. Agniezka è sempre stata molto disponibile. Ottimo per una vacanza di coppia, super consigliato!

What an extraordinary place ! Clean, calm, spacious enough, perfectly positionned only 15 minutes of bus from downtown Innsbruck, and gifted with one of the best possible views real estate has to offer ! Moreover, Lin is a comprehensive host with a true sense of service. In a nutshell : it's simply impossible to not enjoy this place !

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Alles war genauso wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Lage war ideal und ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Unser Wochenende im Apartment Ella in Innsbruck war großartig! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern, geräumig und bestens ausgestattet – von Küchenutensilien bis Handtüchern war alles da. Die ruhige Lage etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt gefiel uns gut, dank naher Bushaltestellen war das Zentrum schnell erreichbar. Der Nahverkehr in Innsbruck ist hervorragend – auch abends und nachts. Alle Infos lagen übersichtlich in einer Mappe bereit. Check-in und Check-out waren kontaktlos und unkompliziert, der Host stets erreichbar. Besonders positiv: der private Parkplatz und die “Digital Welcome Card”, mit der wir gratis Bus und Bahn fahren konnten. Ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – wir empfehlen das Apartment auf jeden Fall weiter!

Das absolute Highlight des Zimmers ist die große Panoramafensterfront mit Blick auf die schneebedeckten Berge – allein dort zu sitzen und die Aussicht zu genießen, ist ein Erlebnis für sich. Das Zimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Direkt vor der Tür befinden sich Restaurants und eine Bäckerei, und ein privater Parkplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst aufmerksam und hat stets schnell auf unsere Anliegen reagiert. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wundervollen Aufenthalt!

Beautifully furnished chalet with wonderful views. The apartment is spacious, superbly equipped and in an absolutely quiet location. The perfect place for a wonderful relaxing vacation. In addition, the host is friendly, helpful and always responsive. We will definitely come back.

Een fijn appartement, compleet ingericht en zeer schoon. Voor 3 volwassenen qua ruimte voldoende. Locatie is ook ideaal, dichtbij Innsbruck, rijafstand tot skigebieden goed te doen en supermarkt op 1 min afstand. Bij de centrale voordeur van het appartement is opbergruimte voor ski-spullen. Host reageert snel , gastvrij ontvangen en flexibele aankomsttijd (na 15:00) is prettig.

La location etait incroyable, spacieuse, bien équipée, calme et la vue est incroyable que ce soit du logement ou depuis le spa. Daniela est une personne vraiment très accueillante et gentille. Ce fut un vrai plaisir de séjourner chez Daniela et j'y retournerai sans aucun problèmes.

Wir hatten tolle Tage in Julias Appartement! Die Wohnung ist schön und sauber und hat alles was man braucht! Die Lage ist ruhig und idyllisch. In Prutz selbst hatte Ende Oktober nichts mehr offen, wir mussten ca. 15 Min. zu den Ausflugszielen fahren. Julia hat uns tolle Wanderwege empfohlen! Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert 😊

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans la famille de Gerhard. La maison est très bien situé, a proximité de nombreuses randonnées. le paysage est juste magnifique sous la neige. L'appartement était très propre et très cosy. Bref on ne peut que recommander :)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten, von Handtüchern bis zur Erstausstattung für ein Frühstück. Leider war unsere Zeit in Telfs Recht verrgnet. Aber nach einer Regen-Wanderung, tat die Sauna und der Pool besonders gut.

Stay and place was great with a character. Only downside is due to no direct access to wellness facilities and no changing rooms, it makes great sauna and wirpool experience at some point not practical due to outdoor location and no comunal access from Genesis apartment. Thank you Host.

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!
