We have furnished our bright and light-flooded vacation apartment, which was completely renovated in 2016, with a lot of love for detail in the style of the "Hüttenzauber." Within a three-minute walk you can reach a supermarket, the bakery, the butcher, the pharmacy and a great restaurant with beer garden. The town of Kempten can be reached in five minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight of the house. The apartment (90 sqm) is located on the first floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace (5x3m) has a view of a fauna flora habitat.

The cozy apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor, with an adjoining bathroom, and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang, about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern furnishings. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.
