Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

This apartment leaves nothing to be desired. A great home base. Two cozy bedrooms on the upper floor with skylights and a modern bathroom with shower. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. TV, fully equipped kitchen and sun balcony. There is an associated pool in the house. For the car, there is either a parking space in the underground parking lot or right in front of the house. There are some hiking books for the summer season in the apartment. Simply wonderful for a vacation

Popular Allgäu attractions such as lakes, ski resorts, summer/winter toboggan runs and thermal baths are in the immediate vicinity. The on-site swimming pool and sauna are ideal for relaxation after outdoor activities

Our lovingly, spaciously and comfortably furnished apartment can accommodate 2-4 people. In the living room, there is a brick Allgäu wood-burning stove. There is also a fully equipped kitchen in the apartment. sitting area by the window as well as a newly renovated bathroom. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, fit into the cozy apartment. An underground parking space and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. The village lift and the bus stop are within walking distance

This special accommodation is located directly on the river and directly at the entrance to the historic old town. Although centrally located in the city, the location on the river creates a feel-good atmosphere all year round. The accommodation is not large, but a perfect base if you want to explore the old town on foot, the surrounding area by bike or the region by car.
